    handicapping starts where?

    I would assume that all handicapping starts at a team power ranking site. Other then USA Today where else can one start to find power rankings?

    It was a great answer...Problem is the assumption/premise that power rankings is where it is at when it comes to handicapping...

    I guess the saying goes, "You got to start somewhere", but I have seen tons of "power rankings" cappers in the NBA get destroyed on a weekly basis...Not sure how these "power rankings" cappers do in other sports, but I would imagine that using any model based strictly, and I mean strictly, on power rankings is doomed to fail...
