NFL Player News - Week 11

    Courtesy of Footballguys.com

NO - WR Brandon Marshall agrees with Saints

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Free-agent WR Brandon Marshall (Seahawks) agreed to a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints Monday, Nov. 12. Financial terms weren't disclosed.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Saints worked out Marshall last week but they decided to sign Dez Bryant instead. With Bryant (Achilles') done for the year, they still needed help at the wide receiver position. Marshall played in seven games for the Seahawks, catching 11 passes for 136 yards and one touchdown. He'll give the Saints veteran depth behind Michael Thomas and rookie Tre'Quan Smith.

LAR - WR Cooper Kupp done for season

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Updating previous reports, Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (knee) suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament and will miss the rest of the season.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Terrible news for the young wide receiver here. Kupp battled back from a previous knee injury suffered this year against the Broncos and was on the field for eight games in 2018. The Rams turn to Josh Reynolds in three-wide receiver sets with Kupp out of the lineup.

BAL - QB Joe Flacco hurting, could play

Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (hip) is receiving treatment on his injured hip but head coach John Harbaugh is hopeful he can play.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Harbaugh added that Flacco doesn't need to practice this week in order to play. If he can't play then QBs Robert Griffin III and Lamar Jackson would both have a chance to start.

MIA - WR DeVante Parker has shoulder sprain

Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (shoulder) suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder in Week 10 and is considered week-to-week, according to a source.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

He will not need surgery and has more time to recover with the Dolphins on a bye next week.

NE - WR Julian Edelman's injury not serious

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

New England Patriots WR Julian Edelman (ankle) did not suffer a serious injury in Week 10 and is not expected to miss much time, if any, according to a source.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It sounds like Edelman dodged a much more serious situation here. He will be monitored, but the outlook is positive.

PHI - Josh Adams assured of larger role

Source: Philadelphia Inquirer - Zach Berman

Philadelphia Eagles RB Josh Adams will receive more carries moving forward, according to head coach Doug Pederson.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Adams only has 27 carries so far this year, but 20 of those carries have come in the last three games for the Eagles. Undrafted out of Notre Dame in 2018, Adams is a big back (6'2" 220 pounds) who can grind between the tackles. He's played 18 and 19 snaps respectively over the last two games. Adams is worth checking on but only in super deep dynasty leagues.

CAR - Carolina signs RB Travaris Cadet

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Charean Williams

Free-agent RB Travaris Cadet (Bills) was signed to an undisclosed deal by the Carolina Panthers Monday, Nov. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cadet has a good pass-catching skill set and will compete for a spot in the pecking order behind starter Christian McCaffrey and backup Cameron Artis-Payne.

CAR - RB C.J. Anderson done in Carolina

Source: NFL Network - James Palmer

Carolina Panthers RB C.J. Anderson was released Monday, Nov. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Anderson rushed for over 1,000 yards with the Broncos last year but failed to fit with the Panthers as a backup behind Christian McCaffrey. He should get some interest on the open market from running back needy teams. The Panthers move on with Cameron Artis-Payne as the primary backup.

WAS - WR Jamison Crowder to have MRI

Source: The Washington Post - Kareem Copeland

Washington Redskins WR Jamison Crowder (ankle) will receive another MRI on his injured ankle.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Crowder did practice last week but he didn't play against the Buccaneers on Sunday. This ankle injury has limited Crowder to just four games in 2018.

TB - QB Ryan Fitzpatrick to start again in Week 11

Source: Tampa Bay Times - Rick Stroud

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will remain the starting quarterback in Week 11, according to head coach Dirk Koetter.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This decision may come down to one thing; money. The Buccaneers don't want to risk an injury to Jameis Winston if he's back in the starting lineup. His 2019 fifth-year option is guaranteed only for injury, so they'd be on the hook for around $20 million if Winston was banged up heading into next year. We expect Fitzpatrick to remain the starter unless he's absolutely awful.

NYJ - QB Sam Darnold in limbo for Week 12

Source: New York Post - Brian Costello

New York Jets QB Sam Darnold (foot) is out of his walking boot, but head coach Todd Bowles told reporters Monday, Nov. 12, that it is too early to know if Darnold will be ready for the New England Patriots in Week 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We have to see what the injury report looks like on Friday. Darnold missed the game against the Bills and Josh McCown was bad in his absence.

DET - WR Marvin Jones diagnosed with bone bruise

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Detroit Lions WR Marvin Jones (knee) is considered day-to-day after suffering a bone bruise on his knee, according to a source.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's good news for Jones and the Lions as his ACL and MCL are undamaged. The team has a Week 11 game against the Panthers and we may not see Jones in that contest. They may choose to shut down Jones for this upcoming game to have him ready for a Thanksgiving matchup against the Bears in Week 12.

KC - WR Sammy Watkins likely back for Week 11

Source: The Kansas City Star - Brooke Pryor

Kansas City Chiefs WR Sammy Watkins (foot) is expected to return to action in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Rams.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Watkins missed the game against the Cardinals on Sunday due to this foot injury. The Chiefs play in a huge contest we are all waiting for against the Rams on Monday Night Football in Week 11. His status will be updating as the week of practice goes on. If he plays against the Rams, Watkins should perform like a flex option (at least) with WR2 upside.

MIA - WR Jakeem Grant dodges serious injury

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Confirming an earlier report, Miami Dolphins WR Jakeem Grant (foot) avoided a torn Achilles' in the team's Week 10 loss to the Green Bay Packers.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Dolphins have a banged up group of wide receivers, and this injury to Grant is just the latest. He did not tear his Achilles' but the explosive playmaker is expected to miss some time. The Dolphins have a bye in Week 11.

LAR - WR Josh Reynolds has an opening

    Source: USA TODAY Fantasy Sports

Los Angeles Rams WR Josh Reynolds should see more playing time with WR Cooper Kupp (knee) done for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

A fourth-round pick out of Texas A&M in the 2017 NFL draft, Reynolds has the size and length to be a factor on long passes. He does a good job of tracking the ball through the air on deep shots and can abuse smaller cornerbacks in the red zone. He has seven catches for 98 yards and two touchdowns so far this year for the Rams. There's deep flex appeal for Reynolds in PPR leagues.

    Wednesday Update

PIT - RB Le'Veon Bell Fails To Report - Season Over

    Source:

Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell failed to report to Pittsburgh Steelers headquarters Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET, the deadline for him to play this season on the franchise tag.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

And that's that. The team will turn fully to James Conner and at least for the first time in quite some time, we have clarity on Le'Veon Bell. It's bad news, but at least now we know for sure.

GB - RB Aaron Jones has Aaron Rodgers' support

Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - Ryan Wood

Green Bay Packers RB Aaron Jones was given a vote of confidence by QB Aaron Rodgers, who said the Packers need to keep giving the second-year running back more opportunities.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Most Fantasy GMs would agree with Rodgers. The superstar QB added that Jones helped the offense secure first downs and was an asset in the red zone.

PIT - RB James Conner expected to clear protocol

Source: NFL Network - Aditi Kinkhabwala

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol Tuesday, Nov. 13. Head coach Mike Tomlin said Conner will be given the opportunity to practice Wednesday, Nov. 14, and that should 'lay those (concussion) discussions to bed.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner should get work on Wednesday. Fantasy GMs love his RB1 performances this year, and that should continue in Week 11 against the Jaguars.

LAR - WR Pharoh Cooper designated for return

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Charean Williams

Los Angeles Rams WR Pharoh Cooper (ankle) will practice this week as he was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Rams now have a three-week window to see if Cooper can get cleared to play. They lost Cooper Kupp (knee) for the season and could use some depth at the wide receiver position. Cooper is a return specialist primarily if he's able to get on the field.

GB - QB Aaron Rodgers a full participant

Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - Ryan Wood

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers (knee) put in a full practice Tuesday, Nov. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Packers travel to face the Seahawks on Thursday night. It looks like Rodgers is going to be good to go in Week 11..and that means Fantasy GMs are most likely starting him.

GB - TE Jimmy Graham doesn't practice

Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - Ryan Wood

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (knee) was not able to practice Tuesday, Nov. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Graham's status will be updated on Wednesday. The Packers are traveling to face the team Graham previously played with (Seahawks) on Thursday night. He had an easy matchup against the Dolphins in Week 10 and caught only one pass for 14 yards. Fantasy GMs are finding better options than Graham in 2018.

PHI - Richard Rodgers designated for return

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Josh Alper

Philadelphia Eagles TE Richard Rodgers (knee) will practice this week as he was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Eagles now have three weeks to decide to move him to the active roster or not. Even if he makes it to the active roster, we don't see a whole lot of action coming for Rodgers as the no3 TE behind Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert.

BUF - WR Terrelle Pryor done in Buffalo

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Buffalo Bills WR Terrelle Pryor was released Tuesday, Nov. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Pryor didn't do much in two games with the Bills...and that's not a good sign for his football future. The Jets were interested in bringing him back after letting him go due to an injury earlier this season. Perhaps he'll latch back on in the Big Apple.

CHI - QB Mitchell Trubisky chasing record book

Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Michael David Smith

Chicago Bears QB Mitchell Trubisky is on pace to break Chicago's single-season franchise records for passing yards and passing touchdowns. Both records are held by former QB Erik Kramer, who threw for 3,838 passing yards and 29 touchdowns in 1995.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Trubisky and head coach Matt Nagy are certainly meshing well. We should see the second-year pro get past both records for the Bears.

CAR - WR Torrey Smith on the mend

Source: The Athletic - Joe Person

Carolina Panthers WR Torrey Smith (knee) did not practice Tuesday, Nov. 13, but said his injured knee is feeling a lot stronger and has resumed running.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Panthers played last Thursday so there was some thought that Smith would be able to be back by now. He's not, but that doesn't mean he's out in Week 11. Check back on his status later in the week to see if he can practice. Rookie D.J. Moore will continue as the no.2 WR for the Panthers while Smith is out.

HOU - WR Demaryius Thomas catching up

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Josh Alper

Houston Texans WR Demaryius Thomas spent the team's Week 10 bye catching up on the team's offense and playbook, and head coach Bill O'Brien said Tuesday, Nov. 13, that he's expecting bigger and better things from Thomas in the coming weeks after his three-catch, 61-yard debut in Week 9. 'We've got to be able to use him more, even more than we did,' O'Brien said via the Houston Chronicle. 'He had three catches. I think they were all basically almost on the first or second drive of the game. He's a very smart guy, excellent pro. He was in here last week, meeting extra on Thursday, Friday, trying to get some more of the offense down. Go out there (Monday), have a lot of plays we ran in practice, knew where to line up, change his position, change his identity by personnel, knew what to do. I think we're going to make a lot of strides with him from week to week.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thomas has WR2 or flex appeal for Fantasy GMs with his new team. The Texans had a bye in Week 10, so Thomas should be more versed in the playbook than he was against the Broncos last time out.

MIA - QB Ryan Tannehill threw without pain

Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) threw without pain Sunday, Nov. 11. Tannehill took a week off from throwing before letting it rip Sunday.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It was expected that Tannehill would return after the team's Week 11 bye. That seems to be the case with no pain after a throwing session on Sunday.

    Thursday Update

PIT - RB James Conner practices in full

    Source: Steelers.com

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (concussion) practiced in full on Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner is through the concussion protocol and locked into RB1 status in Week 11, on the road against the Jaguars.

GB - TE Jimmy Graham ready to play

    Source: NFLCommunications.com

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 14, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Randall Cobb isn't going to play on Thursday night against the Seahawks. That could lead to more targets for Graham as he's playing against his former team. Graham hasn't performed up to expectations with the Packers and is a low-end TE1 this week.

WAS - RB Adrian Peterson limited Wednesday

    Source: HoustonTexans.com

Washington Redskins RB Adrian Peterson (shoulder) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The shoulder injury should limit him all year on Wednesdays. It doesn't seem like it will keep him out of action in Week 11.

WAS - RB Chris Thompson misses practice

    Source: HoustonTexans.com

Washington Redskins RB Chris Thompson (rib) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thompson may have to miss another game as he deals with this ribs injury. Washington uses Kapri Bibbs as the pass-catching back behind Adrian Peterson when Thompson is out.

HOU - WR Keke Coutee listed as limited

    Source: HoustonTexans.com

Houston Texans WR Keke Coutee (hamstring) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The plan was for Coutee to return after the team's Week 10 bye. He might be on track to do that but keep an eye on his practice status. The Texans added Demaryius Thomas before the trade deadline and he'll be worked more into the offense, thus limiting what Coutee could see thrown his way.

CAR - Carolina claims RB Kenjon Barner

    Source: ESPN.com - Field Yates

The Carolina Panthers claimed RB Kenjon Barner off waivers from the New England Patriots Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Barner is back with the Panthers as they continue to look for running back help. They released C.J. Anderson earlier in the week and then added Travaris Cadet. A sixth-round pick of the Panthers back in 2013, Barner will compete with Cadet for third on the depth chart behind Christian McCaffrey and Cameron Artis-Payne.

PIT - No practice for QB Ben Roethlisberger

    Source: Steelers.com

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (not injury related) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Sounds like a day of rest here. Nothing to see as we expect Roethlisberger to post QB1 numbers in Week 11 on the road against the Jaguars.

MIN - WR Adam Thielen puts in limited session

    Source: Vikings.com

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (back, calf) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 24.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

He should be fine for Sunday night's game against the Bears. Check on his status when Friday's practice report comes out just to be sure.

DET - WR Marvin Jones does not practice

    Source: DetroitLions.com

Detroit Lions WR Marvin Jones (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jones may not play this week due to a bone bruise on his knee. The Lions are at home against the Panthers on Sunday but then they have a quick turnaround with their annual Thanksgiving game on Thursday in Week 12 -- this time against the Bears. Fantasy GMs need to have other options ready.

MIA - Miami adds WR Brice Butler

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Free-agent WR Brice Butler (Raiders) was signed to an undisclosed deal by the Miami Dolphins Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Dolphins are quite banged up at the WR position. Butler was with the Cowboys for about a month earlier this season. He gives them veteran depth with Jakeem Grant and DeVante Parker banged up.

SEA - RB Chris Carson ready for Thursday night

    Source: Seahawks.com

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (hip) practiced in full Wednesday, Nov. 14, and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 11 game against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Carson is the workhorse for the Seahawks when healthy. Even with 2018 first-round pick Rashaad Penny's breakout 100-yard game last week, he might be the one most negatively impacted by Carson's return. Against the Packers on Thursday night, Carson should post RB2 numbers for Fantasy GMs.

TB - RB Peyton Barber limited in practice

    Source: Buccaneers.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Peyton Barber (ankle, shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Barber is the lead back for the Bucs but he's not much of an exciting fantasy option. He could post RB3 numbers against the Giants in Week 11.

OAK - WR Martavis Bryant out a couple weeks

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Charean Williams

Oakland Raiders WR Martavis Bryant (knee) will miss a couple of weeks and could be out longer after injuring his posterior cruciate ligament last week, according to head coach Jon Gruden.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Raiders are going to be pretty shorthanded with Bryant missing at least a couple of weeks. They traded away Amari Cooper and Jordy Nelson is battling an injury at this time (knee, questionable) so they may have to use Brandon LaFell and Seth Roberts more than ever.

CIN - WR John Ross logs limited practice

Source: The Cincinnati Enquirer - Paul Dehner Jr.

Cincinnati Bengals WR John Ross (groin) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ross might be limited all week with this groin injury. He's a deep threat when healthy but struggles to find his way onto the field. In Week 10 against the Saints, Ross was targeted six times, caught two passes for 39 yards and one touchdown. He's a 'what the heck' flex for Fantasy GMs if he plays against the Ravens on Sunday.

CAR - Limited practice for TE Greg Olsen

Source: Charlotte Observer - Jourdan Rodrigue

Carolina Panthers TE Greg Olsen (foot) put in a limited practice Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Same as it ever was. Olsen's foot limits him every week but he goes out to play on Sundays. The veteran tight end still posts low-end TE1 numbers for Fantasy GMs.

BAL - No practice for QB Joe Flacco

Source: The Athletic - Jeff Zrebiec

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (hip) is not practicing Wednesday, Nov. 14.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Ravens are home against the Bengals in Week 11. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has already stated that Flacco doesn't need to practice during the week to play. Even if Flacco does play, we'd expect to see a bit more of rookie QB Lamar Jackson. Robert Griffin III is another option at quarterback if Flacco can't play due to this hip problem.

HOU - D'Onta Foreman to practice

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Houston Texans RB D'Onta Foreman (Achilles') will practice Wednesday, Nov. 14, which will open his 21-day window to possibly return from the Physically Unable to Perform list.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

During the next week or so, the Texans should work diligently to get Foreman back into game shape. If healthy and activated, Foreman would replace Alfred Blue as the primary backup to Lamar Miller.

SEA - RB Rashaad Penny having rookie woes

    Source: ESPN.com - Brady Henderson

Seattle Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny still has rookie moments in the classroom, according to offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer. 'He'll always be involved in the plan,' Schottenheimer said. 'We're hard on him. We're excited about him. He's still a young player. He still has those times in the meetings where it's like, 'Rashaad, are you listening?' like most young players do. The season is long.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Seahawks play against the Packers at home on Thursday night. Penny finally emerged with his first 100-yard game last week but with Chris Carson cleared to play this week we may see the rookie take a back seat in the rotation.

MIN - WR Stefon Diggs says he'll play Sunday night

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Darin Gantt

Minnesota Vikings WR Stefon Diggs (ribs) indicated he 'will play' against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Nov. 18, as part of an interview with NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Diggs was able to rest during the Vikings Week 10 bye. He'll be good to go against the Bears on Sunday night.

GB - WR Randall Cobb won't play Thursday

Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - Tom Silverstein

Green Bay Packers WR Randall Cobb (hamstring) will not travel with the team for their Week 11 game against the Seattle Seahawks.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Unfortunately, the Packers are used to playing without Cobb. He's only made it through five games this year and wasn't able to travel to Seattle for the team's Thursday night game against the Seahawks. Without Cobb, expect the Packers to lean more on rookie Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

SEA - WR Doug Baldwin no longer in pain

    Source: 710 ESPN Seattle

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin told 710 ESPN Seattle on Tuesday, Nov. 13, the knee issues he's been battling all season improved to the point that he woke up without pain last week for the first time.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Baldwin is starting to feel like his old self, and he could start playing at a higher level because of it. Over the last two games for Seattle, Baldwin has been targeted nine times combined and has nine catches. We'll see if those target numbers go up as he could have a resurgence here in the second half of the season.

He had good fantasy week though, over 400 passing yards.

    Friday Update

CIN - RB Joe Mixon limited Thursday

Source: The Cincinnati Enquirer - Paul Dehner Jr.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 15, because of a knee injury.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Chances are you don't have two backs better than Mixon on your roster, but if you were debating whether to play him in a close call this week, the knee issue could be the tiebreaker assuming he doesn't get in a full practice and remains on the injury report on game day.

BAL - QB Lamar Jackson misses Thursday practice

    Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (undisclosed) was not seen during the portion of practice open to the media Thursday, Nov. 15. Jackson was seen earlier at the team's facility and did not appear to be injured.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We still have no idea who will start for the Ravens at quarterback and if it's Jackson, whether he'll give way to Robert Griffin III at times. This is a mess, but it should benefit at least Alex Collins and maybe even John Brown if Flacco sits.

MIN - WR Adam Thielen listed as limited

    Source: Vikings.com

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (back, calf) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We're still starting Thielen but keep an eye on his Friday practice status.

    HOU - D'Onta Foreman's return date uncertain

    Source: ESPN.com - Sarah Barshop

Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien suggested that RB D'Onta Foreman's (Achilles') return to game action is still up in the air. O'Brien pointed out that Foreman had not 'done anything on a football field' or faced contact since tearing his Achilles' nearly a year ago. He also mentioned that he'd have to 'really look at what he's been able to do relative to what he did last year.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Texans have a couple of weeks to make a decision on Foreman's status. If he's active, Foreman would push Lamar Miller for playing time in the Texans backfield.

OAK - Another missed practice for WR Jordy Nelson

    Source: Raiders.com

Oakland Raiders WR Jordy Nelson (knee) was absent from practice for the second day in a row Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It sounds like Nelson is going to miss this week. Fantasy GMs were not counting on him anyway. With Nelson banged up, the Raiders turn to Brandon LaFell and Seth Roberts as the WR position.

DEN - RB Royce Freeman logs full practice Thursday

    Source: NFLCommunications.com

Denver Broncos RB Royce Freeman (ankle) was upgraded at practice Thursday, Nov. 15, getting in a full session.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Freeman is on track to return from his high ankle sprain this week. He'll work in a rotation with rookie sensation Phillip Lindsay. Freeman might get eased back into action and we see him as a 'what the heck' flex against the Chargers in Week 11.

KC - WR Sammy Watkins limited Thursday

    Source: NFLCommunications.com

Kansas City Chiefs WR Sammy Watkins (foot) was limited in practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Watkins is on track to play on Monday night against the Rams. Make sure he gets in at least a limited practice on Saturday before putting him in as a WR3 with upside.

LAC - WR Mike Williams limited Thursday

    Source: Chargers.com

Los Angeles Chargers WR Mike Williams (groin) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Williams should be good to go against the Broncos on Sunday. His size should present problems for the Denver secondary. Consider the second-year pro a 'what the heck' flex in Week 11.

LAC - WR Keenan Allen added to injury report

    Source: Chargers.com

Los Angeles Chargers WR Keenan Allen (finger, hip) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Late additions are always a curious move, so keep an eye on Allen's status Friday. He should be able to play against the Broncos on Sunday.

MIN - WR Stefon Diggs fully practices

    Source: Vikings.com

Minnesota Vikings WR Stefon Diggs (rib) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Diggs promised he would be on the field Sunday night against the Bears. He's backed that up with two full practices on Wednesday and Thursday.

WAS - Full practice for RB Kapri Bibbs

    Source: HoustonTexans.com

Washington Redskins RB Kapri Bibbs (shoulder) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Bibbs is the team's pass-catching back with Chris Thompson banged up. In Week 11, Bibbs is a 'what the heck' flex in PPR leagues.

TB - RB Peyton Barber limited

    Source: Buccaneers.com - Carmen Vitali

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Peyton Barber (ankle) was limited in practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Barber is the lead back for the Buccaneers but not an exciting fantasy option. We see him as a RB3 or flex play in PPR leagues this week against the Giants.

PHI - WR Mike Wallace out of boot

Source: The Philadelphia Inquirer - Jeff McLane

Philadelphia Eagles WR Mike Wallace (leg) is no longer wearing a walking boot but is not ready to run at this time.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

A step in the right direction for Wallace. He is not sure when he will be able to play again.

CIN - WR John Ross still limited

Source: The Cincinnati Enquirer - Paul Dehner Jr.

Cincinnati Bengals WR John Ross (groin) remained limited in practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ross is just a deep sleeper this week with the Bengals offensive issues sans AJ Green and the tough matchup at Baltimore this week.

TB - WR Chris Godwin misses practice

Source: The Athletic - Greg Auman

Tampa Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (ankle) was absent from practice for a second straight day Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Right now Godwin is questionable at best. He's not a veteran who can be relied on with minimal practice time, so we must assume that his injury is not trivial. If he can't go, Adam Humphries and OJ Howard become better plays.

NYG - RB Jonathan Stewart designated for return

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

New York Giants RB Jonathan Stewart (foot) could return from the Reserve/Injured list in the near future as he was designated to return to practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This is an odd use of an IR-return spot as Stewart doesn't have much to offer the team and he probably isn't a player they want to evaluate for the future.

DET - WR Marvin Jones remains out of practice

Source: Detroit Free Press - Dave Birkett

Detroit Lions WR Marvin Jones (knee) missed a second straight day of practice Thursday, Nov. 15, with a knee injury.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jones might play, but he would likely see James Bradberry and might also be less than 100% effectiveness. It's better leave him on your bench if you can.

CIN - WR A.J. Green not practicing

    Source: Bengals.com - Geoff Hobson

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (foot) remained absent from practice Thursday, Nov. 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Pay no attention to what Marvin Lewis says, Green is highly unlikely to play this weekend. When making decisions for any Bengals this week, project the offense as if Green won't play.

    Saturday Update

BAL - QB Joe Flacco remains out

Source: The Athletic - Jeff Zrebiec

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (hip) remains out of practice Friday, Nov. 16.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Flacco is doubtful and it's looking like Lamar Jackson may see work. Robert Griffin III could see some snaps and maybe even take over if Jackson struggles, so the rookie is a boom/bust streamer/superflex/QB2 this week

GB - TE Jimmy Graham's injury feared serious

    Source: NFL.com - Michael Silver

Updating previous reports, Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham's (thumb) injury to his thumb is feared to be serious.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Packers have some depth at tight end, and anyone who has Graham knows that his usage has been inconsistent this year. He can probably be dropped in redraft leagues.

OAK - WR Jordy Nelson to miss Week 11

Source: Las Vegas Review-Journal - Michael Gehlken

Oakland Raiders WR Jordy Nelson (knee) has been ruled out for Week 11 versus the Arizona Cardinals with a knee injury.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brandon LaFell is the #1 receiver for the Raiders at this point and rookie UDFA Marcell Ateman should get some run this weekend.

KC - WR Sammy Watkins a no-go Friday

    Source: ESPN.com - Adam Teicher

Kansas City Chiefs WR Sammy Watkins (foot) is not expected to practice Friday, Nov. 16.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Saturday's practice becomes all important for Watkins with the team playing on Monday night. Chris Conley and Demarcus Robinson would see more work if Watkins can't go this week.

DET - WR Marvin Jones misses Friday practice

    Source: ESPN.com - Michael Rothstein

Detroit Lions WR Marvin Jones (knee) missed a third straight practice Friday, Nov. 16, with a knee bone bruise.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jones could be a game-time decision, but he hasn't been as effective playing through injuries in the past, and the Panthers have a talented pair of young corners. Kenny Golladay and Theo Riddick should see more targets this week, but it's a downgrade for the whole offense.

CIN - RB Joe Mixon looks ready for Week 11

Source: The Cincinnati Enquirer - Paul Dehner Jr.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon (knee) was seen fully participating in the team's walkthrough Friday, Nov. 16, and 'looks like all systems go' for Week 11, according to a beat reporter.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mixon is more RB2 than RB1 on the road at Baltimore in an offense that is missing its best weapon. This makes Giovani Bernard a less essential handcuff with Mixon off of the injury report.

CHI - TE Adam Shaheen day-to-day

Source: Chicago Tribune - Rich Campbell

Chicago Bears TE Adam Shaheen (foot) is considered day-to-day at this point and could be activated from the Reserve/Injured list this weekend, according to head coach Matt Nagy.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Shaheen is a talented player who could supplant Dion Sims as the no.2 tight end for the Bears. Trey Burton remains at the top of the depth chart even if Shaheen is 100 percent.

LAR - WR Pharoh Cooper might be active Monday

    Source: RamsWire - Cameron DaSilva

Los Angeles Rams WR Pharoh Cooper (ankle) might be active for the Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, Nov. 19. Head coach Sean McVay said Cooper is healthy and practicing with the team.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cooper is a candidate to get snaps in the slot in place of Cooper Kupp. This could put a cramp in Josh Reynolds upside as a fill-in. Keep tabs on Cooper in deep leagues, especially return yardage leagues.

IND - RB Marlon Mack on track to play

    Source: Colts.com

Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 16, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This is great news after Mack was still on the injury report after the Colts bye. He's a boom/bust RB2 this week against Tennessee.

ATL - WR Calvin Ridley a full participant

    Source: ESPN.com - Vaughn McClure

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley (elbow) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 16, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Julio Jones could see a lot of Byron Jones in this matchup, so it could be a bounceback game for Ridley at home.

PIT - RB James Conner on track to play

    Source: Steelers.com - Teresa Varley

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 16, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner should be back in lineups as usual, but make sure you add Jaylen Samuels as a down the stretch handcuff.

DEN - RB Royce Freeman set to play in Week 11

Source: The Athletic - Nicki Jhabvala

Denver Broncos RB Royce Freeman (ankle) is expected to return to action in Week 11 versus the Los Angeles Chargers.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Freeman will likely be eased back in and he's running behind a backup center and third string left guard. He's worth stashing for the stretch run, but shouldn't be in lineups this week.

    PIT - Le'Veon Bell bound for N.Y.?

Source: Bleacher Report - Mike Freeman

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell is headed toward free agency, and several league sources see him landing with the New York Jets in the offseason. 'I think it's a foregone conclusion,' one Steelers source said.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Jets have the need and the cap room. They had a strong running game at times earlier this season, and Bell would also become one of their primary receivers.

WAS - TE Jordan Reed still dealing with pain

    Source: ESPN.com - John Keim

Washington Redskins TE Jordan Reed (toes) is still fighting through pain in his surgically repaired teos and needs to rebuild strength in his legs. 'I feel like I'm starting to come over the curve,' he said. '(But) I'm still dealing with the pain. I have scar tissue in both my toes, and I've got to run routes and cut hard and slam my feet every day. I'm starting to learn how to manage it, find what works for me and what takes away the pain.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Reed still hasn't come close to his 2015 form. He's startable in a good matchup against the Texans this week, but isn't an automatic every week start any longer.

PHI - WR Golden Tate to have bigger role

Source: NBC Sports Philadelphia - Dave Zangaro

Philadelphia Eagles WR Golden Tate will have a bigger role in the offense this week and is much further along, according to head coach Doug Pederson.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Tate is still only a WR3/Flex at best this week because we can't be sure his role will be big enough to be fantasy relevant. We do know the Eagles will have to pass more to keep up with the Saints this week and the slot is one of the more favorable matchups in their secondary, so Tate could make a big leap this week.

    Sunday Update

KC - QB Patrick Mahomes ready to play

    Source: Chiefs.com

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (foot) fully participated in practice Saturday, Nov. 17, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

You're starting Mahomes every week. We are so looking forward to seeing him perform against the Rams on Monday night.

KC - WR Sammy Watkins officially questionable

    Source: Chiefs.com

Updating previous reports, Kansas City Chiefs WR Sammy Watkins (foot) is officially listed as questionable for Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We're not trusting his status, even though the matchup against the Rams could be an offensive explosion. He missed two days of practice (Friday, Saturday) and clearly would not be 100 percent if he does play on Monday night.

TEN - WR Taywan Taylor will not play

    Source: ESPN.com - Turron Davenport

Tennessee Titans WR Taywan Taylor (foot) has been ruled out of the team's Week 11 game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Taylor has only appeared in eight games this year for the Titans. After missing two weeks of practice, we'll see if Taylor can get back in action next week.

CHI - TE Adam Shaheen activated

Source: NFL Network - Mike Garafolo

Chicago Bears TE Adam Shaheen (foot) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Nov. 17, according to a source. The team also placed TE Dion Sims (concussion) on the Reserve/Injured list.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Shaheen will now work to get some targets behind starting tight end Trey Burton. He's a big and athletic target who could be a nice addition for the Bears offense, especially in the red zone.

WAS - RB Byron Marshall will be activated

    Source: ESPN.com - John Keim

Washington Redskins RB Byron Marshall (knee) will be activated from the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Nov. 17, according to a source.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Washington's backfield is quite banged up right now. Adrian Peterson is the lead back and Kapri Bibbs is the receiving back for the team with Chris Thompson out. Marshall should work as the no3 back for Washington this week.

NO - WR Brandon Marshall unlikely to play Sunday?

Source: The Times-Picayune - Josh Katzenstein

New Orleans Saints WR Brandon Marshall is not expected to play against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, Nov. 18, in the opinion of The Times-Picayune's Josh Katzenstein.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Marshall might not have much left to offer on the field. When he does get out there for the Saints Fantasy GMs aren't expecting much. We'll see if he can prove doubters wrong and show that he's got more left...especially in this high-powered offense.

CAR - WR Torrey Smith could return next week

Source: Charlotte Observer - Joseph Person

Carolina Panthers WR Torrey Smith (knee) could return to action on Sunday, Nov. 25, against the Seattle Seahawks; he has already been ruled out for this week.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith is getting closer to a return but he's out this week against the Lions. That means the Panthers will continue to go to rookie D.J. Moore as their no2 wide receiver opposite Devin Funchess.

SEA - WR Doug Baldwin finally healthy

    Source: ESPN.com - Brady Henderson

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (knee) said he 'finally' feels like himself after playing through a knee injury all season.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Baldwin said before the Thursday night game that he was finally pain free. The veteran receiver snared 7 passes for 52 yards and a touchdown in the Seahawks' Week 11 win over the Packers. He's in line to produce like a flex option with upside with Seattle going as much ground-and-pound as they can on offense.

CAR - WR Devin Funchess losing targets

    Source: ESPN.com

Carolina Panthers WR Devin Funchess has seen five targets or less in three straight games heading into Week 11 after seeing at least seven targets in each of the previous six games.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Panthers have other options in the passing game that are getting some more looks. Guys like D.J. Moore and Curtis Sameul are getting involved in the offense. Stars like Christian McCaffrey and Greg Olsen get their fair share of the target load as well. Funchess is a WR3 or flex option in Week 11 against the Lions.

LAR - WR Robert Woods to keep producing?

    Source: ESPN.com

Los Angeles Rams WR Robert Woods has had at least 70 receiving yards in nine straight games heading into a Week 11 matchup with a Kansas City Chiefs team that is allowing the third-most receiving yards per game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Chiefs look like one of the best in the NFL, but they have an Achilles' heel that is all on the defensive side of the ball. We hope this game on Monday night lives up to the hype. Woods could perform like a top-10 WR1 in Week 11.

HOU - RB Lamar Miller facing tough test

    Source: ESPN.com

Houston Texans RB Lamar Miller faces the Washington Redskins in Week 11, and the Redskins have allowed the fifth-fewest rushing yards per game this season.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The season-long data for Washington doesn't give a clear picture of what's going on now. Over the last two games, Washington has given up 103 yards on the ground to the Bucs and 154 yards to the Falcons rushing attack. Miller and the Texans rushing attack is inconsistent, and Fantasy GMs have already nerfed expectations for the veteran back. We see Miller as a low-end RB2 or RB3/flex option in Week 11.

BAL - Big game on tap for RB Alex Collins?

    Source: ESPN.com

Baltimore Ravens RB Alex Collins faces the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11, and the Bengals are allowing the second-most rushing yards per game and the fourth-most yards per rush.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Ravens should be ready to go after having a bye in Week 10. Collins only had 10 touches for the Ravens in their last game and his role may be adjusted with Ty Montgomery expected to make his debut for the Ravens this week. Even with limited touches, Collins does have a touchdown streak for two games. Collins is a RB2 for Fantasy GMs in Week 11.

DAL - WR Allen Hurns not seeing the field

Source: Fort Worth Star-Telegram - Clarence E. Hill Jr.

Dallas Cowboys WR Allen Hurns has played less than 20 snaps in back-to-back games, but he said he is staying patient. 'Just wait for the opportunity and control what I can,' Hurns said.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The trade for Amari Cooper just pushed Hurns further down the pecking order. Cooper, Michael Gallup and Cole Beasley are the top three receivers for the Cowboys. Fantasy GMs should have moved on from Hurns already.

DET - Bigger role for WR Bruce Ellington?

    Source: ESPN.com - Michael Rothstein

Detroit Lions WR Bruce Ellington should see 'a lot more work' against the Carolina Panthers in Week 11 with WR Marvin Jones (knee) ruled out, according to Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ellington was signed about 10 days ago with the idea he could compete for snaps from the slot. Now his role might be more than originally thought. Without Jones, Kenny Golladay should get a ton of targets. Receiving back Theo Riddick should get plenty of work as well.

GB - TE Jimmy Graham could be out a while

Source: The San Diego Union-Tribune - David J. Chao, MD

Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham (thumb) could miss a few weeks while recovering from a broken thumb, according to David J. Chao, MD.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The standard timetable for this injury is 4-6 weeks. Graham has not been a fantasy stud this year but this is certainly a negative for the Packers offense. We'll see Lance Kendricks start at tight end while Graham is out.

    Monday Update

WAS - QB Alex Smith injures ankle

    Source: Redskins.com

Washington Redskins QB Alex Smith (ankle) suffered a serious leg injury during the Week 11 game and will not return.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith leg injury was an ugly fracture. His season is over. Colt McCoy will start and he's a very competent backup. This pass offense was one of the weakest in the NFL with Smith, so the fantasy outlook here isn't changing. This team will rely on their defense and timely plays from Adrian Peterson behind a banged up offensive line.

NYG - Three scores for RB Saquon Barkley

    Source: ESPN.com

New York Giants RB Saquon Barkley rushed 27 times for 142 yards and two touchdowns and caught two passes for 10 yards and another score in a 38-35 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Barkley was heavily used as a runner with the Giants leading the whole way. He should be a top DFS consideration against the Eagles defense that has been very soft against the run the last two weeks.

PIT - WR JuJu Smith-Schuster hits century mark

    Source: 1 No Source

Pittsburgh Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster racked up eight catches for 104 yards on 10 targets in Week 11 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith-Schuster had a tough matchup against AJ Bouye and rose to the occasion. Bouye will make the Jaguars into a very good pass defense against outside receivers once again despite the result.

TB - TE O.J. Howard injures ankle

    Source: ESPN.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard (ankle) suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter of a 38-35 loss to the New York Giants in Week 11. He had five catches on six targets for 78 yards before exiting.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cameron Brate will have some streamer consideration against San Francisco and for any game that Howard is out going forward. If this is a high ankle sprain as feared it will likely be a multi-week absence for Howard.

PIT - WR Antonio Brown's TD streak at eight games

    Source: 1 No Source

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Antonio Brown registered five receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets in Week 11 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He has at least one touchdown in eight straight outings.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brown was shut down in the first half, but eventually broke through with a long score in the second half.

TB - QB Jameis Winston shines in relief

    Source: ESPN.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston replaced QB Ryan Fitzpatrick in the Week 11 game against the New York Giants and completed 12 of his 16 passes for 199 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in a 38-35 loss.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

"Tampa Quarterback" had another strong game, and it should be Winston's job going into a matchup against the 49ers. With OJ Howard banged up, Cameron Brate is better situated to rekindle the chemistry between the two of them.

PIT - QB Ben Roethlisberger totals three TDs

    Source: 1 No Source

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger completed 27-of-47 passes for 314 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions with a game-winning one-yard touchdown run in Week 11 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Roethlisberger was dreadful for three quarters, but did enough to win a hard-fought road game against a team that ended their 2017. He proved that he's matchup and venue proof heading in to face another strong defense on the road in Denver.

WAS - RB Adrian Peterson runs for two scores

    Source: 1 No Source

Washington Redskins RB Adrian Peterson rushed 16 times for 51 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 11 game against the Houston Texans.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Peterson didn't find much room to run against the Texans, but he did look spry on finishing two drives with moves to get outside. He'll be a volume RB2 against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.

HOU - WR Keke Coutee leads team in receiving

    Source: 1 No Source

Houston Texans WR Keke Coutee posted five receptions for 77 yards on nine targets in the Week 11 game against the Washington Redskins.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Coutee showed no ill effects from his hamstring aggravation and even showed some speed in the open field. He'll be a WR3/Flex against the Titans assuming a good week of practice.

HOU - RB Lamar Miller totals 108 yards

    Source: 1 No Source

Houston Texans RB Lamar Miller registered 20 carries for 86 yards in the Week 11 game against the Washington Redskins and he added three receptions for 22 yards with five targets.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Keke Coutee's return helped the running game and Miller looked fresher coming off of the bye. He'll be a low ceiling RB2/Flex against the Titans next week.

IND - WR T.Y. Hilton has giant afternoon

    Source: 1 No Source

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton went for nine catches, a season-high 155 yards and two touchdowns on his nine targets in Week 11 against the Tennessee Titans.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Hilton looked like the best wide receiver in the game on Sunday. He is obviously over his hamstring injury and with Andrew Luck dealing he should be considered a WR1 the rest of the way.

IND - QB Andrew Luck tosses three TDs again

    Source: 1 No Source

Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck completed 23-of-29 passes for 297 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 11 against the Tennessee Titans.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Luck has been a maestro lately and is solidly in the strong QB1 tier. The only thing that held him back in this one was the Titans allowing the Colts to put Jacoby Brissett in early. Luck should be in lineups against the Dolphins next week.

TEN - WR Corey Davis disappoints in Week 11

    Source: 1 No Source

Tennessee Titans WR Corey Davis recorded just two catches for 30 yards on four targets in the Week 11 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Davis will be impossible to trust in our lineups unless Marcus Mariota can get back on the field. Don't drop him yet, but if the news is bad on Mariota, Davis will be mere emergency depth for the stretch run.

BAL - QB Lamar Jackson has solid debut

    Source: NFL.com

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson went 13-for-19 for 150 yards, zero touchdowns and one interception against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. He also rushed for 117 yards on 27 carries during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jackson wasn't asked to do much as a passer, so he had a middling fantasy day despite running for over 100 yards. He would be worth a streamer/superflex/QB2 look next week against Oakland if Joe Flacco isn't ready to return.

TEN - RB Dion Lewis goes nowhere in loss

    Source: NFL

Tennessee Titans RB Dion Lewis ran 10 times for 24 yards in the Week 11 game against the Indianapolis Colts and he had just one grab for eight yards.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Lewis was featured early, but the Colts contained the Titans offense and then the wind went out of their sails when Marcus Mariota left the game. He'll be a flex play at best against the Texans next week.

DET - WR Kenny Golladay has big afternoon

    Source: 1 No Source

Detroit Lions WR Kenny Golladay registered eight receptions for 113 yards and a touchdown on a game-high 14 targets in Week 11 against the Carolina Panthers.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Golladay grew up as the Lions offense relied on him to win balls in tight coverage. He looked like a #1 receiver and the type of player you don't leave on the bench going forward. Some of that was extra targets with Marvin Jones out, but he still proved a lot this week.

ATL - RB Tevin Coleman has decent performance

    Source: NFL.com

Atlanta Falcons RB Tevin Coleman rushed for 58 yards on eight carries against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 11. He also caught three passes for 27 yards during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Coleman's ceiling game against Washington feels like a distant memory now. He's just a flex play heading into New Orleans on Thanksgiving.

CAR - WR Curtis Samuel posts 55 yards, TD

    Source: 1 No Source

Carolina Panthers WR Curtis Samuel finished with five receptions, 55 yards and a touchdown in the Week 11 game against the Detroit Lions on seven targets.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Samuel is coming into his own as a route runner and receiver and has some potential as bench depth. He should be rostered in typical leagues.

DAL - WR Amari Cooper held to 36 yards

    Source: NFL.com

Dallas Cowboys WR Amari Cooper caught three passes for 36 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cooper had his worst game as a Cowboy, and his target share dropped steeply from what it had been thus far. He could see a lot of Josh Norman and has a WR3/Flex profile this week.

DAL - RB Ezekiel Elliott has monster game

    Source: NFL.com

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 122 yards and one touchdown on 23 carries against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 11. He also caught seven passes for 79 yards during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Elliott predictably took advantage of a Falcons defense that hasn't been able to stop many opposing running backs this year. He's peaking heading into a matchup on Thanksgiving against Washington. Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram get the Falcons defense Thanksgiving night.

DAL - QB Dak Prescott has solid performance

    Source: NFL.com

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott went 22-for-32 for 208 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 11. He also rushed for five yards and one touchdown on four carries during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Prescott's rushing score rescued an underwhelming passing day against one of the league's worst pass defense. Prescott is back to looking like a low-end streamer heading into a tough Turkey Day matchup with Washington.

TEN - QB Marcus Mariota injured in second quarter

    Source: TitansOnline.com - Jim Wyatt

Tennessee Titans QB Marcus Mariota (hand) suffered an apparent hand injury late in the second quarter of Week 11 and was replaced by backup QB Blaine Gabbert.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mariota's injury could related to his early season arm injury that limited his play for a good part of the season. This is terrible news for the Titans offense with Blaine Gabbert in at quarterback now.

Demarious Thomas no longer an option. Should I cut him?

Curtis Samuel has turned into a nice receiving option for Carolina.
