does it have to be a DB? is it just a D player in general? two amazing IDP guys so far are navorro bowman for SF and daryl washington for ARZ...both are tackling machines and rack up points....if it has to be specifically a DB, you cant go wrong with most of those guys, i like major wrihgt, but finnegan is playing out of his mind this year and hes a real bastard on the field, plus st. louis will be on defense a lot of the time so he has a chacne to get a lot of points
its funny, the IDPs that people dont know about usually turn into the best ones...this is my first year doing an IDP league, and everyone seemed to draft the big name players for their IDPS, for instance i took jared allen in the draft and thought i was good...but our league counts points for tackles, bowman was a free agent week 1 and i dropped allen for him, he has outscored him by a huge margin since
Guys like Bowman, Deangelo Hall,
if you really watch them,
tend to get burned a lot in coverage,
probably give their fans a ton of fits.
But I'm watching a different game, I'm looking for a guy who gets in on a lot of plays,
a guy who can rack up tackles,
or a guy who gets thrown at a lot
Navarro Bowman gets in on a lot of tackles
Deangelo Hall gets burned a lot,
so the ball is thrown his way a lot,
and he tries to get those cheap little interceptions all the time(you know, cheat the out route)
Patrick Peterson is like Darrele Revis- too phuckin good,
they don't throw to his side of the field,
thus equaling no tackles and no pics
