SBR needs to step it up in fantasy

Lets face it. I have no incentive to sign up for a fantasy site through sbr. I have better deals through other sites and get more info through them.

SBR needs to create their own fantasy sports betting site that Americans can either buy in directly or with betpoints.

Actually, I'd have to say nvm. People on this site love sports but I don't think this is the clientele you can make alot of money off of in fantasy sports. 2+2 is much more likely to make money off of fantasy sports than sbr

if sbr did that, then none of the other sites would advertise here or have contests here.

Maybe something will happen for football

I think at some point they will look into your ideas Rudy. Leaving a lot of money on the table when you already have built in customers and a product that wouldn't be difficult to design and maintain.

Think about it... if people play a 10+1 tourney, as a referral what would you make, 20 cents?

I think fantasy sports is more for the poker players who prefer to grind a profit out, not for the lazy sports bettors who like to drink and have action on a game.

I prefer fantasy sports now, but there are multiple things wrong with it and I doubt anyone can make much money off it, except those websites that offer everything you need to know on a daily basis.

Plus, if you buy sportsbook cash with your points, there is a very high percentage you lose it all back to the book before you cash out. With fantasy sports cash, a player wins that money, whether it is you or an opponent. The fantasy site is only guaranteed 10%. I expect fantasy cash to rise in price again.

Fantasy sports can be fairly taxing. Often is much more fun to just drink and have action on the game.

I think SBR does better getting a small piece of a bunch of different sites. Very little risk for SBR this way, only reward.

How about a fantasy IIHF for the remainder of this short tournament?

100% agree. It takes a lot of time to keep up with who's in/who's out of Fantasy Baseball. In football, at least you basically have a week to compile your team. Baseball is an everyday grind. Guys who regularly play have to be really committed.

    Kudos to those hardworking nerds.

I'd only do baseball with an excel sheet.

The good news is almost every piece of information is available, which is why a "model" isn't really needed. Just a good copy/paste into a worksheet.

Poker players that grind out a living are the ones that would jump into this.
