I want to take Arkansas big, BUT
75-80% of the public is on the Razorbacks ML, depending on where you look.
50-60% is on Arkansas plus the points.
Line opened at -2.5 in favor of Ohio State, and is now -3.5 at some shops?
Razorbacks are a public play, and worse, a public dog. If I don't see the sharp books scale back the Ohio State ML, I may lay off.

Same things going through my head. Big 10 has laid an egg, Arkansas seems like easy money but Ohio State is on a different level. Tough game to pick.

hog fan here.....Ive picked every game correctly on them this season........Mallett usually lays a big egg in huge games......I went with my heart with the hogs which is a no no.....if you wanna make some money take ohio st. my gutt feels it......Ohio st wins this game and also covers......hogs were to tempting at that price and I bitt
Mallett is the key, and the guy worries me -- especially at crunch time. All the talent in the world, but he always seems to make the one bad throw that costs Arkansas.

On a different level from what? THE Ohio State is THE most overrated team every year. They always prove it in their bowl games and people never learn.
I hate Ohio State but they came up big last year in the Rose Bowl.
I meant that Ohio State is on a different level from other Big 10 teams that flopped in bowls, besides maybe Wisconsin who barely lost to an undefeated team.
big 10 didnt fair all that well last year...and ohio st destroyed oregon....and the only thing thats different from this years oregon team and last years oregon team is the qb...take all that for what u will but its either ohio st or no play for me
I think Ohio St. is the play. There is a huge public overreaction to the Big Ten going 0-5 on New Years. They were underdogs in all 5 games so it doesn't make sense to draw conclusions from that. Ohio St. is a better team than Arkansas, their rested defense is going to be the best defense Arkansas has seen all year, and I don't think Ohio St. will have trouble moving at all. Ohio St. will also be super-motivated for this game because all they have heard about is how they the Big Ten sucks and went 0-5, and how they can't win against teams from the SEC. They definitely want to prove everyone wrong, and this is their best chance to do so.

I would say it's closer to 40% when most of the public is on a side and the line doesn't move at all..

Outside of Wisconsin, all of the Big Ten teams looked average or worse.
It's 60/40 with the public on Arkansas. Hell the public pounded Stanford last night. The team with the best QB will win(Arkansas), and yes I'm a huge Razorback fan. I saw almost all their games this season and caught a few Ohio State games. OSU is good, make no mistake about it. The X factor is Bobby Petrino, the man can call an offensive football game. He will be in the zone tonight with all the prep time his staff has had. Arkansas D is going to be more than up to stopping Ohio State. Speed, speed, speed, and lots of it Arkansas has. The D has gotten better as the season went on.
You guys can over analyze the lines and shit or you can man up and pick the best team...

So besides 2 bad throws at Alabama what crunch time mistakes did he make??
What about the 4th and 3 against LSU that Mallet threw a 30+ yd TD? That was pretty crunch time and he seemed to do ok then....
would prefer to see Arkansas win, but I'm afraid I may be blinded by my hatred for ohio state.
