    Pico Bottom (Fresno/Boise Lock)

I'm telling my people to buy the blood on Fresno St +7.5 when they puddle jump to Boise St on Saturday night.

During the pre-szn, these two programs were predicted to be the "cream of the crop" in the Mountain West Conference.

But things haven't gone as planned, especially for Frezz. They're limping into Idaho off a putrid OUTRIGHT loss to UConn as a 23 point fav last week.

Now there are plenty of bad FBS teams in the country. But for whatever reason, UConn gets the most scorn by far. They've been the butt of every single college football joke these past few years. So Fresno's loss to them was really heard 'round the world. And it creates a very interesting, very value-generating inflection point.

You can be sure of one thing...and that is this:

If you play Frezz here..you're getting them at their absolute pico bottom. It's literally not possible for public sentiment to be any lower than it is at this very moment.

    Don't forget:

This Bulldog program has always been known as scrappy and proud. They've always been "blue collar". And veteran coach Jeff Tedford embodies it all, to a tee. Check out his media appearances this week. This man is as steady a coaching hand that you're gunna find anywhere in NCAAF. He will NOT lose this locker room. The UConn disaster will NOT break them. In fact, I'm getting upbeat reports out of central Cali that this group is enthusiastic and ready to "re-boot" their season with a big effort in Boise.

    Straight from the desk:

"If you were to poll the masses, they'd tell you that this line should've opened at double digits. To the trained eye, it's obviously suspiciously low at 7, especially on the road in Boise with their blue field gimmick. Let's clear the air about that, too. If you're scared of some smurf turf, then you're behind the curve. Yeah they draw decent, but that's a dated phenomenon. It's not 2012 anymore."

    More from our meeting:

"Spread has clicked off the 7 to 7.5. Who's responsible? No one important. None of the big crews have an interest in this game...at least not as of 10AM Wednesday morning. Not that I even really respect or care what they think anyway, but it's hard to see other pro's playing any side but Fresno here. Anything +7.5 or better I'm in love with."

    Adding Iowa +4

Fresno line pretty quiet. Cris flashed a quick 8 on Friday but that’s it.
