I'm really liking Rutgers new QB Sitkowski. He went 20 for 29 last week for 205 yards. Sure it was against Texas State but OSU doesn't have a dominating defense either. OSU gave up 8.2 yards per passing play in Week 2 against a weak Oregon State team.
Rutgers isn't one-dimensional having gained 218 rushing yards. Sure OSU will score quickly but that means there will be more time for Rutgers to move the ball. I like the over 62 as well.
The weather report calls for rain but the winds should be light which shouldn't interfere with the passing game for either team.
