    UNI/Monmouth

    You're probably not interested in a FCS game, but take Northern Iowa -21 or -20 if you can get it. UNI dominates in the dome. Plus, a lot of these other schools just can't compete with the Missouri Valley. It's the frikkin FCS, but there's a big discrepancy.
