Game time temps in high 30's/low 40s, gusty winds of 20 MPH. And rain.
Who does that favor? NCSU's kicker is horrible. 6 of 11 in good weather down in Raleigh.
NCSU throws the ball much better than ND.
Running the ball, ND is better at it, but NCSU can defend the run.
