I was spot on last week predicting the Zips to give W. Mich a good run and possible win at 14 point underdogs. My boys are in a bad spot this week. Short week after getting rained out last Sat. and playing on Sun.The Rockets protect the ball and have a real nice QB. He has one INT on the season. Toledo's line has improved on their early struggles. They have controlled the line on their last two match ups. This QB from Toledo has some talent. With the line creating holes for the run, I don't see Akron having an answer for this one. The Zips can't score enough to stay in this one. Barring some major breaks or a bad Toledo showing, the Zips take this one on the chin. Sorry boys! It seems like a heavy price at 16+, still like Toledo covering.
