    As bad as NC State has looked on defense in the first two games I still plan on betting them this weekend. USF just plainly sucks. Had Maryland not turned the ball over 5 times they crush USF. They still beat them and could of scored another TD but ran out the clock. State will score plenty of points. Doubt USF can keep up.
