    I remember the first couple weeks in August like it was a month ago.

    Tough college year at the beginning of the yr ...leveled off at the end of the season... Glad its over...

    I really enjoyed this season. It was the best season financially that we have had in years. I think that this year, money management was the big difference between the winners and the losers. With the advent of College Football 3-6 days a week, there were far more wagering opportunites than in previous years, and the people who just could not resist having something on a televised games went for them. They wagered on games that theywould not have enev looked at if they were not on T.V.

    The sour note for this year was the poor officiating overall. Now granted, every play is not subject to 6 different instant replay angles, but some of the obvious bown calls were inexcusable. It made it difficult to cap a game out because you could not disregard the fact that a bad call could cost you. I certainly hope that the officiating in the bowl games shows a major improvment.
