Receiver was certainly down for Ohio. It was completely evident to both commentators and the refs see the same replays you see on tv. That might be the most bs call you'll ever see.

First off Buffalo dominated this game regardless of the calls, and were going to win and cover either way.
But I do have to say this was one of the worst officiated games I have ever seen. Three extremely questionable offensive pass interference calls in the first half, another questionable personal foul on a late-hit. These refs should be fired immediately, they clearly tried to become the center of attention on a televised game.
It was not fixed, the refs just sucked.
