    2013 Failuers so Far

Here is a partial list of the teams that have fallen flat on their posteriors this season:

Arkansas. Bielema starts his SEC career off by losing 6 straight games, going into Saturday's loss to Auburn. This team may end up 4-8 and will definately not qualify for a bowl game.

Boise State. It is not so much about losing three games to pretty good teams, but two of those games were blowouts. Peterson becomes one of many candidates for the USC job.

Cal. No one expected Cal to be a contender for the Pac 12 title, but a potential 1-11 season, and 0-11 against FBS teams is a disaster. Dykes immediately goes to the hot seat next season.

UConn. Another miserable season for Pasqualoni. This season UConn may win 2 games. A terrible season for a team with much better talent than 2-10 in the AAC.

Eastern Michigan. Why is Ron English still there? He has proven that he has no clue as to how to coach. He was 10-38 S/U and now is staring a 1-11 season in the face. This team is terrible, and so is their HC.

Florida. This team will finish with 6 losses and will have to beat Vandy just to do that. This is year three for Muschamp and he still has not found an offense or defeated Georgia. Things had better improve in a hurry in Gatorland. Florida fans are not used to seeing their team play in some minor bowl game.

Hawaii. Hard to believe that this team will have to defeat Army to salvage a win this season. Norm Chow has never been HC material, and two seasons with 4 wins and 21 losses proves that.

Miami Ohio. HC Don Treadwell won 4 games in each of his first two seasons at Miami. This year he will be lucky to win one game. This team is a major disappointment this season.

Northwestern. What happened to Pat Fitgerald and the magic? Northwestern has now lost 5 straight games, and with back to back games against the Michigan teams, they may not qualify for a bowl game. Another potential USC candidate?

TCU. For a team that was suppose to be a challenger for the Big 12 title, TCU has really disappointed. They will probably not even qualify for a bowl game this season. A loss to West Virginia at home was inexcusable. Is Gary Patterson yet another HC looking at USC?

Tulsa. What happened? This team goes from USA West contender to a 2-6 record with the tough games coming up. No defense is a killer, as HC Blankenship has found out.

UAB. UAB had 8 starters return on both sides of the ball, and improvment was expected over last years 3-9 record. Instead, UAB will have to defeat Southern Miss to reach 3 wins again. This was a terrible season for UAB and put HC MaGee squarely on the hot seat.

Virginia. HC Mike London is living on borrowed time at UVA, He is looking squarely at a terrible 2-10 season. This will be his worst season at Virginia. He has only one winning season in 4 years there. How much patients will Virginia have with him?

I cut the first year HC's some slack here, except for Bielema who has been around the block long enough to know how the game is played, but a long look will show just how terrible the first year HC's did overall.

Boise St. is in a rebuilding year, they lost tons of players, wasn't expecting much from them...USC Trojans is another failure with the talents they have
