Texas Southern is an awful team. Honestly I would probably take Rutgers, but I am not making a play on this game.

they got blown out by other schools in their own division, they are horrible. rutgers 3rd string will still be scoring on them when they are only trying to run out the clock in the 4q

A Fun Fact: Texas Southern beat Texas College 75-6 (Division III?) on 9/19
LA Monroe shut them out 58-0. I think Rutgers could do the same.
