I admit that he deserved to be fired after that loss. However, lets look at the big picture here guys... Who's gonna replace him in a top heavy conference like the Big10? They can never compete on the same level at OSU and Michigan.
There never going to get a big name coach to take that job, because they all know they don't have a fighting chance to win that conference.

Worst thing Minnesota ever did was build that Metrodome. The college team and the pro team have no identity playing in that crappy facility. Remember the home field advantage the Vikings used to have in the 1970s?
Might have helped the Twins, but the football teams are the losers.
