Dear Mr. Myles Brand,
Thank you for taking time to view the following with a logical, non biased frame of mind. As a graduate of CU Boulder, and long time fan of college athletics and college football in particular, I emplore you to take a stand agaisnt the TV networks wishes, and reverse the 2006 "Clock Rule" debacle now. It is OK to admit it was a mistake, and students, alumuni, and fans across the country will applaude the NCAA for the right decision to admit it was wrong, and reverse the rule changes mid season or even this week prior to the Ohio State vs Texas game. I am not the only person out there by the way that feels the rule changes are deplorable, add no value, and alter the game we use to love and rally the campus around. Please take this issue seriously, as the NCAA Football Rules committee is making a mockery of itself by kowtowing to big business. I thought College athletics stood for the game, not the money.
