    Texas odd team out?

Indications right now are that should texas win out and teams like v tech, penn st, bama, georgia win out as well, any of those teams will jump over texas since the big 12 is so bad this year. The win over the buckeyes will not look as impressive either if osu drops another game or 2. They will get punished in the strength of schedule thats for sure.

If USC and Texas win out they will definitely play for the National Championship.

I agree with raiders here...it will be USC vs. Texas and if one of them slips up Va. Tech will come into the picture...

No doubt, there is no way the computers bump Texas from #2

Strength of schedule "could" get in the way as it has in the BCS time and time again.

I'm not sure Bama can win out, especially if they have to play in the SEC championship game...Georgia could sneak in there...not too sure about Penn St. either, but they are hot right now...Texas is just playing really good football right now and if they win the Big 12 championship game (which they should), that should give them some extra points...
