I know they won't, and history says they don't do well in bowl games against fast SEC squads (or spread offenses like Houston and Oregon). However, in order, I could see each happening:
1) Wisconsin +6 vs. Oregon
2) Michigan State +3 vs. Georgia (though the 3.5 would have been better)
3) Ohio State +2.5 (Florida is garbage; would be nice to get a 3 because there won't be much scoring)
4) Nebraska +3 vs. South Carolina (Spurrier and SC have a pretty weak recent track record in bowl games, though their D may save them here)
5) Penn State +8 vs. Houston (just not sure their offense can keep up, but what's Houston's motivation here?)
I've only bet Wisconsin so far, and will probably take MSU small. I could see a solid Big Ten performance for once in these games though. None of their opponents are anything special.
