I agree with SuicideKings: WV makes you sweat til the buzzer. The Louisville game should have been a loss, and then Syracuse demolished them. You never know what you're gonna get - I'd stay away from the play.
oregon -32 **
Aside from the fact that Oregon is insanely good at home, combined with how dreadful UCLA is on the road, you have to figure the following things:
1. UCLA has nothing to play for except for their lame-duck coach, and it won't be enough to inspire them
2. Oregon needs to lay a total beatdown in this game for style points.
3. Oregon jumps on your early: UCLA won't be able to control the pace and run after the 1st half.
Oregon ALL DAY
okstate under 74 ****
I like taking the -3.5 a lot better; OK State is coming off of a bye with an outside shot at the BCS title game. As for the Blackmon controversy, that kind of off the field antics didn't hurt Newton in a big game last year. OK State has the best player on the field, and a QB who needs a redeeming performance.
texas +3 ****
I would go the other way for this reason alone: This is Griffin's showcase game for the Heisman. I know Texas's D has been inconsistent, but I see this as the game where Baylor is gunning for 60 minutes to get their guy noticed even more than he currently is.
iowa state +11 ***
Kansas State is a fraud, and as you mentioned, the weather will be a huge factor. Neither team runs particularly well, so the +11 (and under 54) look like safe plays
georgia +14 ***
I only have one comment: HAVE YOU SEEN LSU PLAY THIS YEAR?!?!? -14 is a gift for the Tigers.
