The Cardinals have the 101st worst offense in the country, and Rutgers isn't far behind at 98th. I just decided what I'm going to do tonight:
Considering we have two of the worst offenses in college football, I'll go ahead and take the over 41.5 in the L'Ville/Rutgers game.
Since it's Friday night and it's on ESPN.......the offenses should light up the scoreboard in this one since the opposite shit happens whenever you bet on a college football game nationally televised on ESPN.
So the over should be GOLDEN.

That equals Ass Rape.

Syracuse 26.7
West Virginia running up the score to get into the top 10.........that equals a Syracuse ass rape.
