    Definitely. UTEP at home, Thursday night home game after 3 straight road games, I like them to show up.

    If you think UTEP is going to score more than 24.5 your better off playing the OVER for the game. Your basically taking away points from Houston by playing only UTEP. Can see how that's a good move...
