Heritage Sportsbook and the betting limits they have per game.

I placed a 5K bet on the Ohio State game verses Colorado on Heritage Sports Book, and they have a betting limit of 5K. I wanted to bet another 2500K, but the only way they would accept my bet was if I paid them a -130 juice. I might add that I was also buying a half a point to bring the line to 14.
WTF you would think these sites would want you to bet your entire bank roll and more.

Anyone care to elaborate on why they put a limit on the amount a person can bet on one game?

I think bc still early in the week. They are protecting themselves. Bodog is notorious for doing this. I THINK they have their in house lines makers - thats why their lines are the worst. They box their lines (ie no parlay and low limits) until it moves a point or so in the direction they like, then they open it up to no limit or high limits.
