It is claimed that there are some numbers that indiscriminately bet return a profit in NCAAF (perhaps reduced juice pricing only?)
Is this true and if so what are they?

I have never heard of that, but if you are depending on reduced juice to show a profit, it will be a very small profit and not worth the risk.
