    The nearly 15-minute battle was far from being a "Fight of the Night" contender, but after long and grueling training camps both men deserved the chance to fight to the final bell.
    Bisping would have liked the opportunity to fight the remaining seconds an try and score a knockout; however, he feels Belcher was aware a loss was on the way and took the easy exit route from the fight.

    The stupidest thing Bisping has ever said. He swung at Belcher's eye in a clawing motion, and then watched his eye explode and bleed all over the canvas. If you're swinging towards your opponents eyes with your fingers out, it's not an "accident".

    Also, Jones update - toe was badly dislocated, but there was not a compound fracture as expected. He is supposed to be back training in 6 weeks, should not be much of a delay for his next fight.

    Saw it on TV, don't have time/care enough to find a link, etc etc.

    I agree Maia is overhyped, there is no doubt about it. Throw him in there with someone like Jake or Rory and there is a good chance they beat him. Condit even stands a legitimate chance, I'd probably favor him just given how sick he is from the guard.

    Koscheck is one of the worst style matchups in the "top 10" (if anyone even still considers Koscheck top 10) that you could feed someone like Maia. They are handing him the win here on a silver platter methinks.

    generally, no. when you say "settled" I assume the case was litigated and there was a settlement agreement signed by the parties; in which case you cannot change you're mind and try again in arbitration. usually, what occurs is the reverse situation. the claim goes to arbitration and there is a decision; and the unhappy party goes into court and essentially asks the judge to set aside the arbitration award.

    the key is what you mean by "settled". if the case was truly settled, that means a settlement agreement was signed, general releases were exchanged, and a stipulation of discontinuance has been filed with the court. in which case, no, you cant arbitrate.

    Watch Maia's last fight with Fitch, half the time he did not even need to take him down. I have a suspicion the UFC are feeding Maia a bad style matchup to try get him a win in case Ellenberger loses to Rory.
