Albert Sosnowski is +550 to win Prizefighter totally. I'm liking those odds.

^ i like the straight up odds for Noureddine Meddoune at +550 I've seen the guys fights and he's a knockout puncher, he's given a chance here to shine against a top 5 ranked opponent from the U.S. which would boost him up the rankings significantly. This is only a 3 round fight so him gassing out too hard won't be a factor as well. He shows good speed, good control and excellent knockout power. I think in a 3 round fight he has a good chance at winning so here are my plays for tomorrow.

    1. 6/20/2012 3:00 PM Boxing Fighting 101 Tom Little* -125 vs Tom Dallas
    2. 6/20/2012 3:00 PM Boxing Fighting 126 Tor Hamer* -270 vs Marcelo Luiz Nascimento
    3. 6/20/2012 3:00 PM Boxing Fighting 176 Albert Sosnowski* -170 vs Maurice Harris

Dallas has shown poor heart in his last couple fights, his boxing is sloppy and so is his conditioning. He's not a standout in anyway, while I know little about tom little I know that he should beat a guy with poor heart in a tourney, he has outpointed all of his opponents in the first round and starts to fade in the 2nd and 3rd. So this matchup looks like it favors him in the end, he should be able to last the 3 rounds and win a clear decision.

Tor Hamer is the slicker boxing with quicker foot work and hand speed against a lanky blocky fighter with heavy hands but poor footwork and slow speed. The brazilian doesn't work hard and seems to lack a good fighter instinct, I will go with Hamer due to his speed and footwork which he should use to outpoint the slower blockier fighter in a 3 round fight.

Sosnowski is a winner he should gain victory against Maurice who is on a downslope fighting at 36 years old with almost as many losses as wins. I give him credit, he's fought some of the best boxers and lost to them but I lean towards Sosnowski who's also fought top fighters and is more of a winner.

    1. 6/20/2012 3:00 PM Boxing Fighting 126 Tor Hamer* -270 vs Marcelo Luiz Nascimento
    2. 6/20/2012 3:00 PM Boxing Fighting 151 Noureddine Meddoune* +550 vs Kevin Johnson
    3. 6/20/2012 3:00 PM Boxing Fighting 176 Albert Sosnowski* -170 vs Maurice Harris

For what it's worth a boxing capper I really respect is on Johnson to win. Tom Little and Maurice Harris to win their first fight.

These are usually fun to watch but the judging is horrendous. They score for the fan favorite, whether that be because the fighter is local, or just entertaining.

Yeah, Johnsons the heavy favorite to win the whole thing. I just think he'll get upset and after that, Sosnowski's got the best chance overall.

Thanks mate! I'm a tad disappointed in Sosnowski. He definitely barely beat Harris and from what I heard he was really meh against Johnson. Still, wins a win! up 1.71U on a 8.5U investment, 20% return aint too shabby in my book.

Sucks the Noureddine fight was stopped a tad early the guy was getting punched on the gloves and there was 10 seconds left in the round. Johnson is a big dude didn't expect him to be so big in the ring but Nourredine didn't do a bad job he was throwing good punches in the begginning til he got clipped by the right hand.

Tom Little must be a can cuz he couldn't get past dallas and dallas is known for beating up cans also didn't expect Tor Hamer to win the whole thing.

Anyways that's a pretty cool boxing tourney reminds me of Pride grandprix
