    Bellator 67



    i know we're all preoccupied with the UFC event, but i figured i'd start a thread for Bellator.

    I was able to get Saunders at -190; would probably play him up to -250 or so.

    Also parlayed Saunders/Chandler/Grabowski -- don't see any losing, but the price on Chandler and Grabowski is too steep for SU play.

    I was surprised to see Ryan Ford open as a dog. I'm more surprised that he's still a dog.

    Got Saunders at -165. At +250 I'd play Baker for sure.

    Can't blame you on that. It's an interesting spot, he obviously responded poorly to the weight cut, and frequently people have improvements their second time, but its still sort of the same weight cut.

    Also, this is the first time I can think of Saunders is facing someone with his height and reach matched.

    swick was probably close in height/reach.... and that didn't end up well for saunders.

    Agree, value is on baker if the odds get to the +250 range... However, I think I am saving my chips for ufc, I can't call any of these bellator fights with any sort of confidence.

    yeah Saunders is very flakey, never know what to expect from him. I always remember tht Swick fight cos I bet on Saunders and thought he'd run through Swick! Obviously he didnt, then Swick proceeded to look terrible in his future fights

    How can there be a prop for chandler/gono for 5 rounds when its not a title fight??? I checked 5D and they have it up as well. Don't make sense.

    Wouldn't be the first time they got the number of rounds wrong! That line has had movement too. I wonder if they will honor.

    I love Baker at anything over +200. In what I consider a pretty evenly matched fight, I like Baker's more grappling oriented style.

    I dont see Saunders finishing Baker. I could see this fight ending in a close decision with Baker edging it with a few late takedowns. Dont let one underwhelming performance fool you. Saunders is not nearly as superior to Baker as the odds inidicate.

    You're underestimating Gono, he's a tough dude I don't think Chandler is KO'ing him or Subbing him

    If anything it's going to go to a decision with chandler winning or a come from behind submission win from gono

    Anyways i have Gono just for the fact that he's been in there with the best in the world and Chandler isn't going to surprise him with his skill set

    Ah, crap another one of those too good to be true lines that screws everyone. I'm going to contact 5d now to see if they will cancel. Probably won't.

    3 rounds is a different story... but I still think Chandler finishes. I know Gono is tough and rarely gets finished, but he's way past his prime and Chandler is on the rise... I think at this point in their careers Gono is completely outmatched and it will show. The matchup makes no sense to me at all.
