    Sbr mma contest...

    SBR MMA CONTEST 2011/2012





    UFC 139
    UFC 140
    UFC 141
    UFC 142


    In this contest you will have $1000 to wager for each individual event. The rules for picking are as follows:

    1. You must pick a minimum of 3 fights from the odds listed.
    2. You must wager at least $200 on 3 fights (You can bet as many fights as you want, however at least 3 wagers need to be of $200 or more).
    3. You must pick from the odds listed (I will exclude the huge favorite vs huge underdog matchups...).
    4. Standings will be based on profits or losses. The original $1000 to wager with is not counted in scores.
    5. You must list what you wager, the line, and what the profit would be. Example: Jon Jones -185, $370 to win $200.
    6. Picks must be submitted for each event by the time specified.

    Post 105 Points to this post and then make sure your picks are in by the time specified. The 5 extra points are for me to cover the "tax" when I transfer out the points to the winners. Winnings will be split 65% and 35% for 1st and 2nd. If we have more than 15 people it will be split 60%, 30%, 10% for 1st through 3rd.

    odds for UFC 139 will be posted tomorrow afternoon - should give you all enough time to knock out a few over Brittney first! I've had to leave out the TUF finale as I'll be in Egypt week leading up to that event so probably won't be posting on here during that week.

    Is it somewhere other than the main log? I don't see anything indicating that, I had 1783 points last night, +12 for logging in 1795, -105 sent to vaughany makes 1690.

    I don't see it on any other post I've given points for either.

    If you are not a pro I think you have a transfer limit of 2 points per 24 hour period or something like that. Kind of sucks. Maybe if people want in Vaughany will do something like Hoff did and let them pay the 2 points daily until they get the full amount paid or something. Someone should PM a mod and see if we can set it up for the non pros.

    Question: From what I saw from the 1st contest that was referenced -- you start each UFC event with $1000. Is this correct?

    Or do the winnings (and losts) carry over from event to event? In other words, if you're up $300 from event 1 -- do you start event 2 with $1300?
