The fight is in a month but I think the odds for Cotto stopping Margaritto are going to drop as the fight gets closer
I also put an extra €30 on Cotto by KO,TKO

    So I have a total of €200 on Cotto by KO,TKO @+300

    - Because Cotto is the more skilled boxer

    - Margaritto has looked awfull in his last 3 fights, hasnt fought over a year

    - In the first fight Cotto was scared of Margaritos arm punches that IMO didnt look like powerfull punches, this makes me belief Margarito really used plaster in their first fight. This time Cotto will walk through Margaritos punches, instead of backing off like he did in the first fight.

    - Margarito wasnt allowed to box ever again because of the injurys after the Pacquiao fight. But Cotto-Margarito II is a mega fight with allot of money involved, so I wouldnt be suprised if people were paid off for Margarito to get his licens back even if he is not 100% fit to fight Cotto.

yeah alot of people were picking abeko to win that fight probably because they just wanted to see him win really bad after the screw job he recieved in their first fight, mares is just the better, more youthful fighter though.

To be hounest, me neither. But because Peterson lasted 12 rounds with the much stronger Ortiz I think he will also be able to last 12 rounds with Khan. But I wouldnt really advice anyone to bet on this fight

Yes he did last 12 rounds with ortiz but you have to factor in that once peterson figured out that ortiz is very strong for the 140 pound division(fight was either at 138 or 140) but also a lot slower than peterson... he than adapted and outboxed victor. (I think victor is very overrated fwiw. I think berto will beat the breaks off of victor in the rematch.)

But my point is ortiz/khan are 2 completely different fighters in everyway. Khan's handspeed compared to victors theres really no comparison. I am curious to see how lamont handle's the blinding speed of amir. Also have to factor in that amir is making a push for a mayweather fight in the future and is looking to become boxing next big ppv draw and in most case you need to win in style with ko's to do that.

Again a lot of variables... another one is that amir's last fight with zab judah was very short and amir was not tested at all as zab is a shot fighter who was all talk and just there for a paycheck (Clearly quit) You could almost make a case for amir being inactive since his last 2 fights were against mccloskey (had problems landing on him and fight only lasted a few rounds.. and judah which he looked pretty good but the fight was very short)

I'm very intrigued by this matchup.

1 point error (arguably) is the mistake... since you aren't factoring in khans knockdown was a trip over the referees feet with no punch landing.

Sorry you lost your bet.. but as a fan this was a cracker of a fight.

Definitly, I enjoyed it. Good night for boxing and Lamont Peterson suprised me. I really tought it would be either Khan by stoppage or Khan on points. Didnt give Peterson a chance. From what I saw he deserved the win. But I only watched the last 6 rounds

I have to watch the fight again as i didn't score round by round... but from what i can remember peterson was breaking khan down with great body work and even a good ammount of shots right in the kisser. I do think the referee was very inexperienced and did a really poor job in there.

What do you guys think about the Ward-Froch fight? Froch by KO, TKO or DQ is @ +800. worth the risk?

I was considering a play on Froch by DEC. All his Super Six fights have gone to a dec excepth the Taylor fight, and even that was a 12th round stoppage.

Making a straight bet on Froch winning is +260
    Froch by decision is +350

Dont know if a bet on Froch by decision is worth it. Im either gonna make a straight bet on Froch winning or Froch by stoppage @ +700
