    SBRtv UFC 137 Betting Preview with Nick Kalikas, MMA Oddsmaker, and SBR poster V1Y

    Nick Kalikas, an MMA Oddsmaker and consultant for DSI sportsbook, stopped by the SBRtv studios to do an interview previewing UFC 137. Kalikas discussed the fights on the card, where the lines opened, where they have moved, and what kind of betting action he has seen on them and expects to get the rest of the week.

    When you guys post the stats for diaz/penn, those are gsp's and condit's stats. similarly, when you post the stats for kongo/mitrione, those are penn's and diaz' stats. oh well.

    BJ Penn is one of my favorite fighters of all time but Nick Diaz is probably the most underrated fighter of all time. If this was a 5 round fight I think Diaz would be a value even at -150. If Diaz can win 1 of the first 2 rounds I think the fight is his. I think the only way BJ wins this fight is getting the take down and winning on points. It should be a close decision... I like Diaz by close decision.
