    They may be relying on this rule;

    Masking Services

Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to deny its service to player from countries or regions where sports betting or cryptocurrency activities are deemed illegal. Therefore, the use of obfuscation methods such as IP masking or proxies is not permitted. The use of such techniques can result in the forfeiture of any winnings and account balances.

Listen me. SBR recommended me this sportsbook. SBR knew my country. SBR can see my IP on this forum. I am not hiding.

I asked Nitrogensports about error in 2017. If they answered that my country is restricted, I would not use this bookmaker again.

I can register on nitrobetting right now without a VPN but I don't do it. I know that they offer some clients to change account from nitrogensports to nitrobetting.
I offered them to move my account from nitrogensports to nitrobetting. They didn't answer me.

You sound like a bookie. They were looking for reasons to steal the funds, but they made a mistake. In my country betting and cryptocurrencies are legal. This is a legal cryptocurrency exchange in my country https://currency.com/

Headquarters in the US with locations in Belarus and Gibraltar. I don't know anything about the laws of Belarus. Is online sports gambling legal where you live if bets are placed outside of Belarus?

Did a google search. has this law been changed?

Online gambling is strictly prohibited in Belarus apart from the government-owned state lottery website. Customers can visit Superloto-online.com to create an account, purchase tickets and receive their winnings electronically. However, things are starting to change regarding online gambling. In 2018, President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 305 to legalize online gambling and sports betting in Belarus. Under the new law, international operators may apply for licenses to offer real money games and sports betting to Belarusians.
The law has yet to take effect and no licenses have been awarded as of today. In the meantime, customers may still visit foreign gambling sites to bet online, but visitors should be aware that it is still unlawful to play at unauthorized betting sites.
Anyone caught gambling online with an unauthorized provider is subject to a fine of 1,000,000 Belarusian rubles. The government does take it seriously. A myriad of laws require ISPs, internet café owners and even people with guests in their houses to keep track of everyone’s browsing habits. Failure to report a crime can result in penalties and fines for computer owners.

    Gambling Laws in Belarus

The government of Belarus does not look kindly upon online betting. Citizens may only place bets at licensed Belarusian betting sites that operate on .by domains, of which there is only one: the Super Loto website. There are rumors that the government may soon extend licensing to local betting websites but nothing has come of that yet. If things do change, the most likely scenario is that existing land-based operators will have the option to host certain games online.

Belarus actively censors and monitors internet usage within the country. In fact, it’s so bad that Reporters Without Borders once labeled Belarus an “enemy of the internet.” Current laws give the government the authority to block access to sites it deems offensive or dangerous and prosecute those who access or disseminate restricted information.

Belarus allows gambling in the real world at land-based casinos located across the country. Minsk alone is home to more than 30 casinos. There are also dozens of smaller establishments that are registered as casinos although their game selection is limited mostly to a bank of slot machines.

Moreover, the use of a VPN software is recommended, since online monitoring is active by the authorities. So, you need to stay under the radar when betting on international bookies

If NitrogenSports knows that it is illegal to bet in Belarus (so they can refuse refunding this player his deposit), why don't they block Belarus IPs? Why don't they list Belarus as a restricted country? Why do they accept deposits from an IP in Belarus?

Do you really expect players to 1. read fine print on Nitrogen's T&C, and 2. research legality in their own country, when every other book in the world figures out #2 and enforces it before their first login if it matters to them? Are you high?

I'm just playing devil's advocate since we don't know Nitrogen's side of the story. The only thing we know for sure is that amid knew it was illegal to play from Belarus if the laws I quoted above are true. We don't know when Nitrogen figured out that amid was from Belarus if he was using a VPN.

I have been using their services since 2017 via VPN with their agreement. I had many deposits and withdrawals during this time.I made a withdrawal request on April, 7. The support answered me to login from an unmask residential IP address.
I explained that my unmasked IP address was banned by Nitrogensports. I had wrote my IP address to support. When I try the next message appears:"Access denied
Is it true that Nitrogen knew amid was from Belarus? amid has all the support tickets. Where is it that Nitrogen said he could play from Belarus?

If a support ticket says that amid could play from Belarus with a VPN as amid claims, then he has a case.

I can use and withdraw funds without any taxes from Belarus gambling sites.

I can use outside gambling sites. But if I withdraw funds from another countries to my bank account I have to pay a tax.

For example, I used Pinnacle for 20 years without any problems. It is really A+ sportsbook.

We live here under repressions. It's true.

This is the real situation in Belarus.

Imagine a simple situation for a new client.
    1. The new client has read the rules of Nitrogensports. He doesn't see his country in restricted.
    2. The new client is looking for information about restrictions.
    https://www.legitgamblingsites.com/nitrogen-sports/ No country restrictions
    https://www.gamblingsitefinder.com/c...-restrictions/ No country restrictions
    https://sportsbookaudit.com/nitrogen-sports-review/ No country restrictions
https://cryptomaniaks.com/nitrogensports-review Сhoose country, his country is available
https://oddspedia.com/bookmakers/nitrogen-sports players are accepted from his country

    3. New client asks Nitrogensports support about restrictions.

The new client doesn't see his country in the restricted list.
The new client registers and uses Nitrogensports.
    Where is the fault?
I know exactly that fair book does not steal its clients' funds in this way.
    Nitrogensports should be blacklisted

I'm not a mediator so you don't have to show me anything. I'm just saying that you would get more forum support if you told Nitrogen that you are from Belarus. You should post that if that's the case.

Someone here posted that US players are banned. I then wrote a support ticket to Nitrogen and they said US players aren't banned.

The other thing is that you knew that it was illegal to play at Nitrogen. It's not as if you were unaware of what you were doing. Then you are blaming SBR. They never said you could play from Belarus.

"We do not steal your balance. As we explained before, your country is one of our restricted countries that cannot play with us and as a result, you have broken one of our internal rules and regulations reason why your account would be disabled and access to Nitrogen Sports would be restricted due to a potential security threat."

They have known about my country since 2017. Now they talk to me that my country is restricted.
For new players they don't talk that my country is restricted.

If they have knowingly allowed him to play there using a VPN then I agree they should not be keeping this players money.

But with Belarus subject to international sanctions and both their main banks blocked it may be illegal/dangerous to even try to ignore those and send money for Nitro.

Also, hard to know exactly what has happened in the last 5 years since he discussed it with their CS in that screenshot.

I suspect there is more to the story than the OP is sharing as Nitro are not know to do this to other people very often (at all?)

Sanctions affect bank wires, ACHs and check deposits with the target banks. Nitro is BTC only. There are no sanctions on BTC transactions, and if there were, there would be no way to enforce it.

You can invite an employee Nitrogensports here if you think I'm hiding something. There is no reason to steal the client's money in this way.

You are looking for reasons to justify stealing instead of helping.

    You're right.

Any sanctions are not a reason for outright theft of funds from the account.

I can change the country of residence in the future. Why did they take money from the client's account?
