    Moving Bitcoins

Been reading BitPay is closing accounts. What is the safest besides Coinbase off and on?

It’s isolated accounts which have substantial funds moved..Normal activity you are fine. but Gemini in excellent alternative

    I second LK.

In the last complaint thread here the OP admittedly broke the rules: bypassed the daily limit just because the software allowed it, instead of waiting a few hours for the next day.

And I would add to toss the institution a few crumbs- they are there to earn money on deposits and merchant fees from debit card purchases. It is not good, for many reasons, to move hundreds of G's thru ach & atm thru while the account balance is close to zero & w/o debit purchases.
Banks take similar adverse action with credit card accounts that game them for bonuses and cash backs while with none or scant positive action save for 10 purchases of a pack of gum each to fulfill promo requirements, while moving thousands out thru money orders at Walmart kiosks.
