    Additional CS4 terms apply:

-Aside from the initial loan amount, no other points can be sent to the sportsbook until this loan is paid in full. This includes all points, even if an amount is withdrawn form the sportsbook it can't be sent back until loan is paid in full.

-You must enter poker tournaments with your own points every day until loan is paid off.

-You shall not solicit or accept other loans until this loan is paid off, nor shall you send points to anyone else until this loan is paid in full. Any gifts sent to you must be publicly stated as gifts by the gifter within 30 minutes of sending; otherwise you must send them back.No gifts are allowed; any gifts must not be used and must be returned to the sender no later than 15 minutes after your latest activity on the forum.

Violation of any of the above terms will result in the weekly interest doubling for each violation until the loan is paid in full, and starting to accrue immediately rather than after 1 month.

Pay 6k, meet those criteria for a month and I'll wipe out the remaining interest and consider the loan charged off and closed.

...and then again. It wasnt too unreasonable for you those times; you only called it unreasonable after you didn't feel like living up to the agreed upon terms.

Wait..so all this is over a 1000 betpoints loan from a few years back? If so Triple you should be more than satisfied wth that 6000 point paid a few days ago. Especially now that you can convert those points into bitcoin! Damn you are rapping Carseller..when is enough
You must like holding power over this guy is all I can tell. Why else you keep wanting him to send 6 a day? Just get it over with already..he offered you many times to pay it out recently.

This all began when, after years of observing CS4 finding constantly finding new people to scam, I got him to commit to a loan with terms that would either prove he was capable of becoming a trustworthy borrower or bury him in debt and prevent him from taking out more loans. This isn't, and has never been, about me making a profit; it's about exposing CS4 as a guy who will lie, scam and do whatever it takes for a few extra betpoints to dust off in the casino. Similarly, this has nothing to do with "holding power" over him; I wanted him to send 6/day for 30 days to prove that he was capable of living up to (a highly modified and forgiving version of) his word and deserves to be part of the point borrowing community. That wouldn't prove as much as the original terms would have, but I'm always willing to give someone a chance to unbury themselves and start doing the right thing. CS4 just keeps crapping all over the countless extra chances he's given, especially when people are telling him he doesn't have to live up to his word.

If you read the original terms, you'll notice that I didn't impose the ungodly interest on CS4; he willingly chose it every time he chose to break his word.

    Still a stiff job.

    7,154/(13,240 + ~10^100 in penalties)

Over 6100 points of interest on a 1000 betpoints loan.

    It's over.

Sadly after ignoring the loan for over 5 years, 13k in interest accumulated. Keep up the payments there, Sparky.

    Real life situation.

    Take out a $1,000 loan.
Pay back $1,100 on it then disappear for 5 years.
    Come back and pay $6,000.

There isn't a lender in the world that wouldn't be satisfied with that.

    It's over.

Rack up incomprehensible amounts of interest according to penalties borrower agreed upon after willingly violating terms of loan.Pay back $1,100 on it (by which time even the no-penalty balance would have left $2,100+ remaining to be paid) then disappear for 5 years.

When adding some relevant facts, not many lenders would be happy when the basic terms of the loan weren't met

You are a petty, unscrupulous, predatory lender.

    Over 7100 paid on a 1000 loan.

    It's over.

I gave you a loan only under certain terms, had you agree to them then violate them almost immediately...how "unscrupulous" of me to expect you to keep your word, or for what we both agreed upon to be in effect

I repeatedly offered to give you chance after chance to try again and waive the penalties...how "petty" of me

When you offered 7,500 to settle the loan, I countered with 1,300 points less and very watered-down versions of the original terms for a month, getting about 1,500 fewer points than I'll probably ever see from you again....how "predatory" of me

New Year, same ol' CS4 crap. With bobbo gone, guess you're trying to pick up the slack in the "saying things that are laughably wrong" category?

If you don't want to have a crazy amount built up towards interest, don't agree to the loan. If you agree, you're on the hook. Seems very simple.

In spite of your pettiness, unscrupulousness, predatory ways I still get loans.

Very simple idea picked up by most people as a child. CS4 probably knows this is how it's supposed to be, he just tries to claim otherwise to justify his behavior after the fact.

Shrug, people do it for various reasons...some for the entertainment, some because they're slow learners
