    Looking for 4k betpoints loan

    heya,

    This is my first loan but its a good chance to prove that I`ll pay by debts.

    I can pay 85 pcts / week + poker & sportbook winnings

    4k or 2.5k is massive for a first time loan. In your case, point generation doesn't seem to be a problem. I assume you're looking for sportsbook cash? I could take a chance on ya; per my standard terms (http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/betpoints/...onditions.html), it would be 4k for:

    4200 48 hours
    4400 1 week
    4600 2 weeks
    +1% outstanding balance on Mondays starting 2/10
    Reduction in weekly interest per standard terms.

    How often you repay is up to you, and different folks handle it differently. Some like to pay every single point they get as soon as they get it; some pay in chunks when they win bets or trivia, etc. From my perspective, for big loans like this as long as there's a decent amount of payback (on pace to pay loan off in a year or less, which is approx. 100 pts/week for this loan) I'm not too concerned about the specifics. All I ask is that if you go for 3-4 weeks without any payback, drop me a line and let me know what's going on.

    It really depends on what else you do with the points. Since you largely buy in to daily tournaments and play poker (instead of ring games), it might make sense to just pay as you place in tournaments and rollover. Like I said, I'm not too particular...but paying back weekly will minimize the weekly interest rate as well (with weekly repayments of 80/160/240 pts corresponding to reduction in that week's interest to 0.75%/0.5%/0.25% respectively). Paying back 100 weekly would juts about clear the loan in one year, whereas waiting to pay it all at once would accrue about 2500 more points in interest in that same 1 year period. Compound interest is a force to be reckoned with; paying as much as you can as soon as you can minimizes it!

    Since we're within 48 hours still, it would be 50/4200. However, to avoid confusion with how much was lent, it's standard to document it as "50/ " until the 2 week point when weekly interest starts kicking in, or until the amount repaid is closer to the balance (over the amount lent at least). When we hit the 2 week point and weekly interest, I'll either update it weekly or (more likely, and has I have been doing) not bother with the interest at all
