The economy has something to do with that. Plus the tip could be already processed. Added to the CC purchase. Lots of online orders taking place, and you can just add a tip there. Don't let the Pizza man fool ya, he is probably trying to get ya for a bigger tip. Make you feel sorry for him.

I do online orders from Papa Johns. When the guys comes, he looks at me waiting for a tip sometimes, I tell him to look at the receipt. Not all delivery guys are bright.

Why they need to see the card is irrelevant since it's already prepaid via gift card. Don't make any sense why they would even care since a gift card does even require any kind of security check. I wouldn't be just as puzzle as you if that happened. I order only two pizzas from them via SBR. After the 2nd time when picking it up, the girl asked how come you have $200 pizza balance because she never seen it that huge. I say fuk it, these people are asking too many, now I'm just going to save for a BK card

This has happened a few times in the past , but not usually from Papa John's as they are paid using a Papa John's gift card. If this happens again, the best thing to do is tell the driver that it was paid for using a Papa Card and that it is not a requirement to produce the card since it has already been paid for. Now as for Domino's this could and may happen as I pay for them using my CC and a lot of them will ask for the card. But I haven't had an issue with Domino's in awhile. I am usually off the board at 7pm cst. quite a few of the regulars have my phone number and will call me if there is a problem. You can PM me and ask for it and I will gladly give you my number so that if there is ever a problem just give me a call. Sam
