    Not receiving gift card winnings

    I’ve been emailing the contests support email for months trying to collect my gift card winnings. There’s an old email on file for me that I no longer have access to. I’m unable to manually change this myself. I’m owed $250 in gift cards. Any solution here?

    The contests team is going to re-issue those gift cards to your correct address. There have been issues syncing the new address to your profile that they are working to get permanently fixed. Appreciate your patience here.

    Can ya check on mine too? I haven't changed emails or anything. Contest was SNF 12/17. Wasn't sure where to ask for support tbh.
