There are no current plans to revive the pointsbook right now.
Once the forum software has been updated we may hear more about extras like that. No timeframe right now though.

I wish it would come back. It was great for plays I didn't want to put actual money on but wanted to see what would happen if I actually put a wager on it and winning pizza hut gift cards in the process.
