Betpoints will not transfer or show up
I have been away for quite some time and seen alot of changes with betpoints. On my right panel I am showing a betpoints balance but when I get to the transfer screen it shows none.
When I try to award someone betpoints it says not enough betpoints or this person cannot receive points.
Any insight please?

Your account is active for transfers.
Do you see an error message when trying?
As a non-pro you can only send 2 points per 24 hours. Could be that?
Same here. I see I have points but when I click transfer it says no bet points. What’s going on?

I cannot see any issue with your account that prevents you sending or receiving betpoints.
Can you please take a screenshot of the error message and post it here for me?
