    Can't Renew Pro Membership, 40,000 Betpoints Removed

    Hello SBR,

    This is in regards to renewing my Pro membership.

    I received this message in my inbox:

    "Hi HomerSimpson2,

    Your SBR Pro membership expires on 2/6/2023.

    Please reapply for the program using one of the options listed in the SBR Pro application form."

    I pressed the link to reapply, but when it loads available offers to join, everything is blank.

    Now my SBR Pro membership has been removed, and my 40,000 betpoints have been removed.

    Can you please remedy this?

    Can you try disabling your adblocker on the SBR Pro page? The offer to renew with 1,500 points should show then.

    For the 40,000 betpoints you are missing, were those in your sportsbook balance? All points from the sportsbook will be automatically transferred to your forum wallet this week.

    My forum wallet only has 72 Betpoints, so I was unable to renew my Pro membership by clicking on the option "Go Pro with 1,500 pts".

    The 40,000 Betpoints were in my sportsbook balance. However, the sportsbook no longer exists so I was unable to transfer any of the balance to renew my membership.

    Because of the above reasons, I have been unable to renew my membership before it expired. Can you please grant me an extension so that my 40,000 Betpoints do not go to waste?

    Log out of your normal server, go to SBR on a private window and go through the process and it should work for you.

    The points have been transferred from your sportsbook balance to your forum wallet. I went ahead and renewed your Pro membership and deducted 1,500 points from your account. So you're all set now.
