There's another thread in here where another Pro has been waiting on an order of BTC for weeks now. I would like any updates before I decide to turn Pro. I know I'm only one person and that my Pro membership wouldn't make or break anything, but we all deserve some answers here.

Genie can reply to other posts in other threads with no problem about minor instances but when it comes to the SBR store there's silence. They have no resources to pay anybody at this point. I feel sorry for them. Time to move in a different direction.

Yeah exactly. If they can't fulfill Pro's orders and are in financial trouble; they should let us all know so that we can fulfill our needs elsewhere. No point in beating around the bush.

If you can cancel an old order and resubmit it, I'd maybe try that

That's disgusting man. I could've put in at least 2 more BTC orders since the one that hasn't been filled but what's the point? Looks like the majority of the Pros they're neglecting are the ones that can actually make $$$. These bet points are useless if you can't get anything for them.

Still waiting on my $100 bitcoin purchase for two weeks as well. Had no idea SBR was having issues. Been a couple years since I've ordered anything. Back in the day orders were fulfilled within a few days. Hope everything is alright financially with SBR

Wasn’t trying to rub it in anyone’s face. Assumed 2 weeks was the “norm” for Bitcoin orders. No clue what’s happening for for international PROS.

In the end I’d just be patient and maybe Email Genie after a few weeks. After all, it’s free money anyway.

Im waiting since May 15 for 100 dollars, but yes is free money, in eleven years with sbr i never had any problem. I would recommend to you going pro.

Less than a week between receiving an update (order COMPLETED) and cash in account.
