also im never going to cash out, but how about changing my account to american. it somehow changed when i changed internet providers.

DGS was already involved with you after you thought it was fit to involve them in a points forum casino. Even they didn't agree that you should be refunded a point as you know and yet you still got them. That's all a bit laughable when you think about it.
I think the best thing to do is to disable your casino at this point. That way you don't have to waste any more of your time worrying about what you think DGS is pulling over on you and we don't have to waste any more time dealing with your complaints. Especially when we're looking like a laughingstock as everyone with a brain and their damn dog knows DGS isn't screwing anyone over.
So yeah, just give me the agreement and we'll shut your casino down so we all have peace. And you'll get to save your points so you can bet at a sportsbook with real money! If you don't want to do that then you're going to have to accept that we use DGS and we're not going to play these games with you anymore darling. No more records. No more chasing after anything. No more entertaining any of this. I know it sucks to lose but this is bordering on psychosis with some of this stuff. Sometimes we simply just lose at a casino - online or b/m. Not too shocking since the odds are never with us to begin with. You don't trust it - don't play.
Let us know when to shut your casino down xo

No it wasn't to embarrass or disparage you at all. If I wanted to attempt to do that, I'm sure you've seen how I act when I'm in that mode. The point is I quite like you as a poster so when I was told that there'll be not one second more spent on this stuff with you after the debacle of the last crusade, I came back and tried to relay it as nicely as possible. Trust me, I used as much glitter and marshmallows I could because if I'd been blunt and just repeated stuff it wouldn't have sat well with me and might've hurt your feelings which is not my gig. I also gave you an option of having your casino shut off instead of just shutting it off myself as was instructed/ strongly recommended. It's all a matter of perspective here and no one is willing to spend more time on any of this with you so I just gave you options instead of just quietly shutting your casino off for good. The SBR Casino is a byproduct of the sportsbook reviews, complaints, writeups and forum and is for fun. To get that emotionally invested in it - a place that you've never even spent a nickel to "gamble" with - indicates you might be taking the whole thing just a bit too seriously Rudy.
You act like SBR worked tirelessly on this case and I bugged everyone nonstop, making them work day and night on this, which simply isn't true. It was only sent off to DGS. That is great. I could not ask for more. I applaud your efforts in helping, and I even said so in this thread. The result didn't turn out my way so I only wanted to see my history so I could find what happened for myself.
Not once did I get an answer if I could get my history. Instead of a nicely as possible "no we won't send your history", you spent your whole post attacking me.
Go look at the posts. I've never gotten a no until your very gracious, helpful post which was full of marshmellows, glitter, and even balloons.

But just so all facts are straight, I don't believe SBR poker is rigged and I don't believe SBR casino is rigged and specifically against me. I do however believe they have a glitch when disconnects happen.

Of all the "OMG casino is rigged"-type threads we see routinely here, rudy gives pretty solid evidence for a glitch/discrepancy, SBR confirms...and /scene? Seems odd.
That being said, shari pretty much nailed it: if this is a big enough deal breaker, just stay away....I imagine it won't come to that though, same as we all like to complain about poker idiosyncrasies but keep playing anyways

I agree with Rudy here. Getting the history isn't that difficult. Give it to him and move on. Spent more time talking about it when you could have just done it.
