Don't waste the value on the Nats. Just take Nats ML (+178). You'll see what the Nats will do again today!

I threw a unit on Nationals +175. They have won 7 in a row. Cole Hammels has been awesome for the Phillies, but the bullpen hasn't. Should be a pitchers dual. This is more of a bet agaist the Phillies bullpen. The Nationals manager has tweeked with the rotation, and pitching, and it seems to be working.

i guess if philly win, they will win more than 1 runs.

so there is no value in +1.5? if you look at hamel starts, he won many games by 1 run.

Yeah, I agree with you 100%. +1.5 is a good, conservative bet. My money line bet is based more on the Nationals winning 7 in a row, and at home. I'm only putting 1 unit on this game. But if I really liked this game, I would put 2 or 3 units on the run line. But I think I hesitate, because I've been burned by Lannan, in the past.
Good luck to both of us.

Nationals are hot but honestly how long you think they are going to keep this up? Hamels last 34 and 2/3 innings pitched against the Nationals he has given up 2 runs. 2 runs, now that is impressive, ERA .520. Lifetime he has pitched against the Nationals 10 times and has a lifetime ERA of 1.88, giving up 14 runs in 67 innings of work.

Now I have been on the Nationals in recent days but not here. I don't think there magical run continues tonight. Hamels will shutdown that offense that has been great of late. Run Line for me. Good Luck, I guess time will tell.
