Radar Screen
BAL returns to the contrarian radar for today's card. Last night's was due to the O's manager folding his hand in the early part of the game. The current line is again fishy. The big money will go to TAM after yesterday's slaughter. I will monitor as we approach gametime.

Radar Screen II
DET gets on the radar screen. Duckworth beat Rogers last time, so lets make DET -190. If that does not make a contrarian play and don't know what is. Laying big money on DET is essentially outrageous, but that's how we hit the favorite contrarian plays. The favorite contrarian play is 8-2 +5.19 units. This is a later game, so sit tight.

If this were any other team, it would be a play. but the Tigers ahve given up on their season. There is no reason to ever lay that much chalk on them. The Royals have had their number all season and have had Roger's number. Rogers doesn't care, but Duckworth is looking to establish himself as a big league pitcher. So he will be giving his all.

I hear you guys. I knew you guys would beat me up. Keep in mind, I said the game is on the radar screen, not a pick as yet. Furthermore, we all know that over the next few weeks, the issue of teams who have given up and packed it in, will undoubtedly be mentioned to death. If we establish that teams who don't have a shot, because their season is over, will leave you with favorite plays out the wazu.
Let's all take a breath, and stipulate, that each capper will know "They packed it in" angle. No need to point out the obvious! Contrarian indicators diverge from your thought process. However, I truly respect your point of view and looking forward to capping to the end of the season with the challenges mentioned.

After receiving harassment from the cappers of the world, I am posting DET -190 as the contrarian pick. Laying -190 on DET is freaking insane, you say. You say, Duckworth beat Rogers last time out, and DET is horrible and they make DET -190.
Precisely, the contrarian point of view I require.

TEX returns to the contrarian radar for this evening after posting a selection loss, last night. Statistical dominance goes to the Halos with a real fishy line. Line confirmation is established. I am waiting closer to gametime for a final decision.

A still have some picks brewing. It's has been amazing that a majority of my loses have been close on these big dogs. But a loss is a loss, a one run loss or a ten run loss is the same. I feel confident in my contrarian selections with proper bankroll management.
