    You are crazy for laying that much on the Yankees and Ponson. Your best bet is a rain delay after the 2nd inning and neither starter can stay in the game. If Ponson pitches 5 IN, it's not gonna be pretty.

    i will take the hottest team in basebal, and the best offense of the 2nd half, in my opinion, at +170 EVERDAY

    do not bet if you wont bet nyy+170

    Was on the Giants in the Supre Bowl too...
    I was thinking on taking the Giants winning the SB before the 1st playoff game was played, but couldn't pull the trigger... (hate that)
    Loved their defence so bad at that time... They were over the whole field...

    now you can make your case for not wanting to bet on ponson, but this o/u is one thing i would NOT touch with a 10 foot pole.. This game could be 3-4 or 11-9 i wouldnt be shocked regardless

    I had the Giants as a fav in both those, but against the Packers I was on them big... The Packers team got almost no playoff experience...
    And the Cowboys are almost doomed to loose in the playoff + Romo got a realy bad memory from his rookie season and the failed fg...

    Exactly what I have been telling people on this board for the longest time. The guy always says that the Yankees will not make the playoffs. Every single year. When the Yankees were 9 games out, he said the Rays would win the Wild Card and the Sox would win the east. He is also ridiculously pro-Met.

    Anyway, I took Ponson +157. The Yanks will give Lester a run for his money. Hopefully, Xavier Nady, my fantasy team's latest addition, will come up big tonight. Ponson isn't as bad as people think. He knows how to get out of tight situations. As long as he can hold the sox to 3 runs or less, the Yanks will win this.

    things i dotn give a shit about: team or pitchers past history vs that team means nothihng to me

    all i care about is home road splits and bullpen. yanks are better in the pen that bosox, thats why i bet them

    doesnt matter if ponson gives up 6 or 8 runs. the yankees lineup is not getting the job done.. Im praying for a 3-4 run inning in the 6th or 7th... but i doubt it happens, im already chalkin this up as a loss (substantial loss)
