    I'm thinkint perhaps the under (-102). Cecil has allowed three runs or fewer in 8 of his last 9 starts and Cecil isn't bad either.

    toronto does not play well in tampa at all for whatever reason, 5-19 last 3 years. 2-6 this year as well. line approaching +140, good luck!
