Tampa bay has a really good team if you don't count the pitching staff. During the off season they made some moves that made their team even better. They also started (finally) addressing the pitching staff issues. I am in Tampa Bay right now on business and the Tampa Bay players are really up. They think they can do something this year. Personally, I don't think they are going to do much better during the regular season, BUT I think they will have something to prove during exhibition play and will be playing all out against teams that really don't care that much. Tampa Bay might be a good bet during the exhibition season. And, I think given their record last year they will be big dogs a lot of the time.
