    People think the Mets are good, but they are not. When was the last time the Mets won a playoff series? It certainly wasn't with this group of "talent".

    Believe me, I know they suck, but these are the diamondbacks... the fukking diamondbacks...

    mets just scored 1, these idiots could have had 3 this inning easy, but are trying to get in the least amount of runs possible it seems.

    somehow they snuck into one of my parlays for today.

    vowed to never take em again after last nights comeback from their 3run 7th inning and walkoff 9th.

    tried ending on a mets good note. hah.

    Actually mets won a playoff series in 2006 with almost this exact team, and almost made the world series but lost in game 7 vs the cardinals. That team had wright and reyes..if anything they have improved.

    nothing is wrong with the mets, they are just a mediocre ball club is all. In case we missed it remember the collapses the last few yrs in 2nd half of seasons most notably last september

    I forgot the Mets did win 1 playoff series with this group, back in 2006. "With almost this exact team".........I don't think so. In fact, only Wright and Reyes are still around from that team. 2 players out of about 30, not sure I am going to count that. I guess we could throw Beltran in there too, but Beltran was healthy and awesome back in 2006, so they aren't really the same person anymore.

    Bottom line - The Mets are a heartless, overpaid, overhyped, mediocre group of talent, and nothing more. Hype is really the only thing Mets fans have (a lot like Redskins fans every year for the last decade). There is no substance. No chemistry.
