    For MLB, what sites provide the highest ingame betting?
    Can you bet only on ML? or o/u also?

    pinny is best. yes you can do ml, handicaps and o/u's various lines for each avail
    bet365 also has it; not as good of odds, but have more variety and selection of live betting.
    of course the exchanges work well also like BetFair, etc.
