    Hou/Cincy game Saturday........ thoughts?

Been posted before but Oswalt is 23-2 lifetime against the Reds. That's just an incredible record, no wonder the Cards would love to get him. What kind of weight do you guys give a stat like that? I'm leaning very slightly to Cincy here, afraid the Astro bullpen will give the game away even if they do happen to be ahead late. What say you guys?

Stay away, simply because of the history that Oswalt has against Cincy and there is plenty riding on this game for Oswalt.

"Oswalt potentially has two more starts to try and become the Astros' all-time wins leader."

Oswalt is 22-2 with a 2.69 ERA in 31 starts against Cincinnati.

Patrick, i was gonna respond to this when i saw you post it but ya know, the ban and all......i think yoiu doing the right thing staying away as just to many things to consider...has Oswalt mentally packed his bags already? doubtful but possible...more than likely i think he will use this as a audition for why he deserves to have someone pay that hefty option he has next year..man i hope stl makes this happen as we are WS bound with him on our already sick front end.....the more i talk about this game the more i like hou but will probably pass.....gl brother

Just for the record, pimike has a BIG play on the Houston Astros. Not 1 of his system plays but his BIG plays hit at a very impressive rate.

I'm leaning Reds, but something is telling me to stay away.

Got to go with Oswalt if you're going to do it, but better to stay away.

It's hard to pick against either one of these pitchers.
I guess you gotta go with Oswalt at home.
