Yesterday was a prime example of how not to make money sports betting. If anybody was fading me they would have made some cash...2W-6L for the day will not make money...sad part is that I tried to make most of it up with a bet almost 50% of my bankroll...oh well, like I said this is a project to try and do something with $20 bucks....I'll post my pick for the early game in a little while.
Back against the wall at this point...I figured if I was to lose a couple $2 or $3 bets, I might as well throw in the towel. With that in mind, I figured why not try and bump this bakroll back up or call it quits.....early pick for today is.........

I'm gonna make another go at this project, but keep the same stats. I'm $20 in the hole because of some poor money management. It's safe to say my strength so far is parlay's and IF bets, but that is no way to make money consistently. $20 lasted me about 5 full days which was fun, so now my goal will be to have profit at day 6. Small goal, but it's a small bankroll. Early pick today is.....

So I missed the soccer pick this morning and their was a pitching change in the Angels game....so Bodog gave my no action on the Run Line bet, but still left the moneyline...that sux considering they are down 2-0 in the 2nd...payout changed on the moneyline to (+115) so the only pending bet I have is....

A slow start, but real nice finish hitting 4 in a row to end the night....no thanks to Jim Morrison's brother for not helping me out earlier in the day, but it happens( 3 times...cough cough)! Getting back closer to positive, but still a long hill to climb. I shouldn't be this far in the hole with my overall record, but it's been some bad decision's along the way. We'll get after it tomorrow with a full day of baseball!
You can't build a bankroll this way. I've done it before with $20 but you gotta go all in a few times. This way will take you forever. Don't mean to be a dick just a realist.
Went 3W-3L today which led to making money. Got some feedback today from lordvodka which was much appreciated. Understand what you are saying, seems impossible to build a bankroll at this rate, but still want to have some fun doing it. If it turns into something, then great. If not....it was $20! I've been up and down in sports gambling. I've made $10,000 in a month and lost about the same. I bet everyday and figure with some discipline, could enjoy some rewards down the road. I have taken some chances in the past week for those who haven't noticed and they didn't pan out, so I would like to get in the green before trying to lose some of the progress I've been trying to make. Only made $0.69 today, but that is around 2.9% or so. That's better than most banks will give you on a savings account! Let's get after it tomorrow.

It's been up and down the last couple of days...gonna get back to a little IF bet action today and a Royals under that really looks nice with the payout. Royals bats aren't the same now that DeJesus, Ankiel, and Podsednik aren't in the line up. Means pitchers can try to pitch around Billy Butler and Bruce Chen throws pretty decent at home and it's the Orioles bats. Gotta a good feeling about that under.
